I love Taos sandals! These are super comfy, I bought my regular size 6 and they fit perfectly! I bought the "Taupe Printed Leather" and they are really pretty, kinda sparkly.

Great color (slightly off navy) and versatile style. Need to wear a little to stretch but i have wide feet and high insteps. Covers my ugly foot parts. Makes it easy to walk in them.

These sandals were comfortable right out of the box, as I wore them for 12 hours the first day I had them :). I am a true 11, and the 42's were a perfect fit. I wish the material over the top of your foot was a little tighter as I have a low instep, and slightly narrow feet, but other then that, they were perfect. I will be ordering more Taos footwear in the near future.

Although pricey, these sandals were comfortable from the moment I put them on. There were no rough areas, no breaking them in needed.

I am a 7 1/2 and this only comes in 7 or 8. I have a 7 but could do with a little more room but feel that 8 would be too big. So they are true to size but not available in my size. I am going to keep them as I like them and they are comfortable.

I love wearing thong sandals in the summer, but hate the way they put my bunions on view. The design of these sandals provide genius concealment, but still look stylish. They leather upper is very soft & flexible, and the sole has a nice amount of padding without being too thick or stiff. I have flat feet & can't tolerate much of a built-in arch -- some brands like Birkenstock are outright painful for me. These give a little arch support but not too much. The bronze color is matte not shiny, so it doesn't scream "metallic", but is just vaguely neutral, not brown, not black.

I really loved these shoes, but I had to return them because they rubbed on my bunion. If you don't have any bunions, these shoes will be great for you. They are both stylish and super comfortable.

This is a comfortable shoe with great materials and a good sole! Only returning it because the asymmetrical design of the upper doesn't flatter my foot. At least I know my size in this brand though!

Loved this shoe. I considered it true to size. I'm a 10 which gives me a little extra room in length. This shoe DOES NOT, flip/flop which I like, it 'walks' quietly. The inside was just as other has said, very smooth and soft to the touch and enough support to add comfort. Only took one day to loosen us the toe piece and is very comfortable. The color is unique and doesn't feel like leather, although the description says it is leather. The color is more of a taupe, not too tan, not gold at all!, and lighter overall. If I had a great tan, they would disappear but, I don't. There is a tiny sparkle in the leather that reflects light but it is NOT neon! Nor is is metallic nor too shiny. It is a great neutral color. I had ordered the Blue Pearl and loved it even better with my jeans. It has a metallic look but, it is subtle. I decided on the neutral color to go with black, brown and jean color. If I had plenty of money, I would have kept both pair.

These are simply stunning and look even better on. They ran a little narrower for me but then I have very wide feet. So the first few times wearing them they were a little uncomfortable at first. But I figure they will stretch and they seem to be doing that. The footbed is comfortable too which is saying alot for me as I have neuromas and a weakening metatarsal. Still, they are comfortable after a day of wearing. And because they are so great looking, I feel great wearing them.

I wear 9 in Taos boots, same with this sandle. Wonderful cushioning and comfort for foot with bunion.

Loved this shoe from the second I put it on. It was so incredibly comfortable I was afraid to look in the mirror, in case I didn't like how they looked. But I loved them! They're very cute, and I've gotten compliments since the first time I wore them. The pewter is a little browner/golder than I had hoped- or a little less silver than I'd hoped - but it's still a nice metallic neutral. I will definitely pick up another color for the summer. I am a true 8.5W, and I got this in the 9 and it is perfect.

Love them, love Zappos

I normally take size 8.5 in closed shoes and 8 in sandals, and these were no exception. They are so comfortable and as others have said, they hide bunions which is a big plus. The leather is soft and the footbed totally comfortable.

I am having a heck of a time finding shoes that provide support, are comfortable for a lot of walking and that don't rub the bottoms of my feet. These shoes fit the bill. Amazingly comfortable. I will buy more. I also tried Vionic, but they allnstink horribly after just a few wearing. Love the Taos shoes.

When I slipped these sandals on they were so comfortable I was afraid to look at them because I was sure they would be clunky and unattractive. Not so - they are very cool, kind of boho. My perfect size is a 8.5W and the 9M in these shoes looks like it was fit for my foot. So, half size up advice is consistent, and they may be too wide for a regular foot. I got the pewter color - excellent neutral. Got a compliment already on my maiden voyage in these shoes this morning!

I am a true size 10 with a wide toe box and these fit great!

second pair i purchased, but this one is smaller by 1/2 inch and it is marked as an 8, just like my silver one. sad, think I will reorder shoe and hope the new one will be longer.

I am impressed, the leather is super soft as some others have stated. I normally wear a 7/ 7 1/2 but I did order the 8 and they are perfect. I am anxious for the weather to cooperate and start wearing them. I feel they are a little pricey for a sandal but I am not typically hard on shoes and hope these last a few years of wear.

These had to go back. Why? Slightly too wide for my slender to M width foot; they barely stayed on when walking around my house...and, they just weren't anything special to look at for the cost.

Great quality, comfort and style. Way too wide for my narrow foot but loved the shoe.
