I liked everything about these sandals because I had a pair in black. I ordered the taupe leather thinking the color would be neutral and go with everything. The problem is the leather is sparkly. If that’s what you’re looking for, great. I returned them.

I’m between a 7 1/2 & an 8 usually...the size 8 was perfect. The leather is buttery soft and felt comfortable from the get go. The soles are supportive and comfortable. They’re also flattering and comfortable for feet with bunions. ????

These were comfortable the minute I put them on! The footbed is amazing! I have a high arch and these don't offer a lot of support, but they are still VERY comfortable!

The fit is very good - size up if you're a half size. This shoe is very comfortable and looks good too! This is my 2nd pair of Taos sandals - love them!

I get a lot of compliments on these shoes. They are pretty comfortable although I could probably use a bit more arch support. They have more support and vision than most shoes of this style. Very attractive and hide your bunions!

This is my third pair of these sandals. I have a hard time finding comfortable (and reasonably attractive) sandals due to a significant bunion on my left foot. These are soft and accommodating, not to mention effectively hiding the embarrassing bunion. They look nice and come in several different colors. They hold up well. True to size.

This is the first sandal in over five years that work well for my needs. The leather upper is soft and fits snugly. The footbed has an arch support cushioned metatarsal area. The footbed features are crucial for me. A minor improvement would be leather on all surfaces touching my feet (which refers to the footbed being synthetic). All of this is specific to my feet. Therefore, someone else would not care about a leather footbed, for example. Overall, I am very happy with these sandals.

Wore them for hours the first day-totally comfortable

I wear a 6 or 6.5 shoe so I ordered both a 6 and a 7. The 6 was way too short. The 7 was a perfect fit lengthwise. However, the right shoe felt loose. I ordered a second pair and both shoes fit perfectly! The leather is so soft. The best part...they hide my bunions! I bought the navy pearl-perfect for a blue travel wardrobe.

I love these sandals. Great arch support and they hide my huge bunions.

These are my first pair of Taos. I anticipated they would have more support, but they have been very comfortable to wear. I have not worn them for extended walking, but use them more for dressy summer sandal. They look cute with everything!

I love this shoe but couldn’t get one to fit. I’m an 81/2 so the 8 was too small & 9 was too big. Soooooo disappointing. Fortunately Zappos is great about returns!

I have a narrow foot and a high instep, and this shoe hugs my foot perfectly. They are the most comfortable thong sandals I have ever worn!

I wear a 6-6.5 so I ordered a size 6 and a size 7. The 6 was too short. My toes and heels were at the edge of the shoe. The size 7 is the perfect length! The right shoe felt looser than the left. I decided to order another pair and both shoes fit perfectly! They were comfortable from the moment I put them on! I love the navy pearl color. It’s perfect for a blue based wardrobe I’m taking on a trip. The best thing about these shoes...they hide my bunions!

I really loved these as soon as I put them on. I have very flat feet and the pronation makes my slight bunions look much more noticeable. As others mentioned, the style of this shoe is great because it covers the bunions. And, with the excellent arch support, my feet don't pronate as much, which makes the bunions even less noticeable. I hardly ever wear sandals because I don't like the way my feet look, but these make them look almost normal! Super comfortable, too.

These shoes are great! Soft leather. Wonderful footbed, soft and supportive. One of my shoes got completely wet the first day I wore them and they dried perfectly. I was afraid that they would dry a little darker, but they were fine! I wear a 7.5 and went up to an 8 and they are the perfect size.

Perfect fit for my size 8M feet. Soft leather, no blisters, great overall support. I would like to see a bit more arch support, but that won't prevent me from buying this sandal in another color.

I don't normally write reviews but I love these shoes! I have wide feet and bunions. This sandal hides my bunion and it's wide enough for my feet. The arch support is so good that when my feet are tired and achy, I put on my sandals and instantly feel better.

Super comfortable and also supportive. Love this sandal.

Best shoe ever... as soon as I put them on I felt that I could walk all day in them. They arrived as I was heading out the door for a weekend trip to Savannah. I took them with me and walked for miles each day in them in complete comfort. I'm not always good with the 'between the toe' strap but this one isn't even noticeable. They are a great sandal that look great with both my summer dresses and a pair of jeans. My only disappointment is that I can't afford to have a pair in each color!

I absolutely LOVE these sandals. they are the most gorgeous ones I have EVER owned. they fit good. they look good. they feel good. I love that the top part of the sandal is wide. so they stay on your feet easily when you walk. I got the pewter colored ones. a nice DIFFERENT neutral color. I love the scrunched look of them. this was the first pair of Taos I have ever gotten...….and they won't be my last. l got them mainly for a trip I am going on, but they will be used for a LOT more occasions than that!! LOVE LOVE LOVE. the width is generous....but not TOO wide. just right. and definitely felt true to size.

Very soft and comfortable. Since they don’t come in half sizes, I ordered up to the next size. Have to have arch support and these are about as good as I can find. Fits perfect, would like to order in another color

I wasn’t completely happy with these as the color is a bit mottled, sort of camouflage like instead of solid. Once I wore them though that’s all it took as they are so comfortable and easy to wear, I decided to keep them. Considering purchasing another pair in a different color, I will probably size down as they are a bit wide.
