These sandals are so cute! It took a week or so to break in the arch support but now they are very comfortable. They are very flat and if it wouldn’t be for the support throughout footbed I could not wear due to plantar fasciitis. Very happy with purchase thanks zappos.

I LOVE!!! these shoes. They will definitely be at the top of my go to list for the summer and possibly fall season this year. I wore them nearly all weekend at the Kentucky Derby and my feet were so comfy! To top it off they're really CUTE and versatile. Getting them in navy I can dress them up or down! Thank you Zappos for stocking another variety of orthotic shoes that are fashionable and still good for my feet! :)

I was hesitant about this sandal because I thought it would look like those sandals I used to wear when I was a kid. But I was wrong. The crosses straps make it look somehow stylish and the back decoration gives it a wonderful touch. The footbed is comfy, I ordered the 38 (7.5-8). I am a 7.5 W or 8. I could have gone with the 37 but the arch would have been too close to the heel and the back of my heel would have rubbed too much. I can adjust how tight I want them to be since they have 2 points Velcro. So I think the 38 is good enough for me. I got it in brown and wanted to get the black as well. But they seem to be the hot item of the season. All gone. Sad.

When I started to need orthotics, I had great trouble finding sandals to fit them. Last year, I used velcro to keep them in place, but when I found the Aetrex brand and specifically, the Brenda, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. With the built-in arch support, I don't need to use the orthotic. It's super cute, beautifully made, very stylish and most of all, comfortable. I love these shoes and plan to buy more from Aetrex. Thank You to Zappos for providing such an extensive selection.

I love them. I have a long flat foot that needs the support and my best fit can be anywhere from an 8 to a 9. Because all the straps are adjustable, I was able to secure a good fit that way. I was concerned that the arch was not going to be comfortable, especially all day the first day. Granted, I am not on my feet all day, but when I was, the arch was not noticeable. Something about the footbed gives but without being springy or squeezing air out with a funny noise like some cushiony shoes do. This is a really nice shoe.

I love these adorable shoes. The workmanship on the back, beaded part of the shoe makes them worth the money. Some gals complained about the arch support is too high or in the wrong place. Everyone has different needs regarding arch support, and I am one of the gals that have a very hard time finding a stylish dress shoe with excellent arch supports, but this shoe not only works for me, but they are amazing. I can't roll my foot in when I wear these shoe!!! I am going to order more Aetrex shoes, for sure!!

really cute shoe, fit great, except the buckle hit right on my ankle bone and I needed something I can walk a lot in.

I found the size 42 in this style was too long, although in other Atrex styles the fit is okay. Returning for a 41 and hoping they will be okay because these shoes are perfect for my summer maxi dresses.

Really liked these shoes, but the ankle strap was way too short. Otherwise, I definitely would have kept them.

Loved this shoe, great support,comfortable right out of the box. Very soft leather and beautiful detail on back of the heel. These look great with everything from dresses to capris. Have received many compliments.

The Aetrex Brenda is great! The style is so cute and the comfort is unbelievable. I wore these the first day, all day with no problems. Both straps are adjustable with Velcro. Great for narrow or wide feet. The detail on the back of the heel looks really good. I have received many compliments. Have them in the black, gold and will purchase the blush if they become available again.

Fabulous sandal. Aetrex delivers an exceptionally supportive foot bed, and often has wide widths available , which is good for my right foot. This sandal will accommodate wide feet, very comfortable. I usually wear a 39 in Aetrex (8.5), but I had to exchange for a 38! Runs a bit long. Loved it so much I purchased the black and the blush- perfect addition to my summer wardrobe- works with dresses and slacks. Love it!

You knocked this shoe outta the park! I'm not usually a glitz and glitter girl but this design is gorgeous and given that it's on the heel and not splashed all over the front makes it a winner. The arch is excellent and so many thanks for making a shoe with an arch that looks feminine and not something to hike in. I have an extremely bony for and the Velcro really helps adjust the size so you don't have slippage anywhere. True to size. I do wear an arch support so for those of you who don't please be aware this might get some getting used to but it won't take long.

These shoes are true to size and very comfortable. I love the beaded heel design as this makes them a bit dressier. Good arch support. I also got these in beige.

BEAUTIFUL shoe. Looked lovely on. I felt like my foot sat a smidge too close to the arch as it was at my heel. A half size smaller might have been right on.

This is a beautiful sandal! It has a cushiony footbed that as it warms to your foot temperature it molds to your foot. It has a very simple elegance with the black strap across the toes and around the ankle but the embellishments on the heal make it really pop as a unexpected special surprise. It looks really beautiful with a black sundress for summer. For a shoe that is so adjustable in the straps it doesn't look clunky. I love it and know that I will get a lot of compliments when I wear it to special occasions. It is perfect for being able to dance in at a wedding and still look stylish! Buy it, you will love it too!

This is a comfortable and dressy sandal that I wore at a conference where I was on my feet all day. Definitely worth the money!

Loved the look of the studs on back.. But the arch support was intense. Too high, not centered on my arch & pressed into me. I returned them.

I read enough reviews that this sandal was long, that I ordered a size down which was a mistake. I’ll need to return for a larger size. ... but the shoe itself is awesome!

VERY high arch support. too much for me. I have to return them. They are also on the wide side. they look nice though.

This shoe feels like it might be really comfortable. Compared to my Aetrex booties, the arch seems set back a little far for my foot - thought I can tell it would be supportive and the right foot could walk for days! Unfortunately, it just looks a little old lady for me. I have bunions and am constantly trying to find supportive, but cute, shoes. These ALMOST fit the bill. I think the velcro straps are what break it. The beading is REALLY cute - maybe integrate that into the top straps?

Pretty sandals but not distinctive enough for the price. They have a v contoured footbed, which is good for folks like me with a high instep. But the gold color is more like tan and the beading on the back is more dark than I expected. So, they go back

I was so disappointed that this shoe did not work for me as it is very stylish with the metallic/beaded embellishment on the heel. I have Morton's neuromas in both feet and although the arch support is excellent; the ankle straps did not provide enough stabilization in the heel to prevent excessive torque in my foot. Last summer I bought the Jillian quarter strap sandals and they worked out great. Even my podiatrist commented on the good support in those sandals.

These sandals have great arch support. I love the look - a gladiator-type sandal with a softer edge. I have a narrow foot, so the adjustable straps were perfect for snug fit. The amount of bling on the heel is just right - different, noticeable, but not over the top. A very nice shoe.
