I was really disappointed the shoes that I received were used and really bad conditions

The front is extremely narrow - not comfortable!! and run too big for size so no solution

I was so excited to get these and immediately put them on to wear. After a couple of hours of wear, I noticed how badly creased they were and noticed a stained area on one of the shoes as well. I am so upset at how much was spent on these shoes only to have them look like old shoes after a couple hours of wear.

I thought it was a man's loafer. What I got was for a woman. It's coming back.

Why have you Sam Edelman stop doing mules in burgundy and deep cherry color? I have been hunting everywhere for one since the one I have has been damaged and I need a replacement so badly. That color to me is next to black. It matches with everything and is really classy looking. Please they should consider manufacturing it again.

So disappointed with my Loraine Bit Loafer Pyrite Croc Leather ! Size 9.5 but looks more like a 10.5 ! Too complicated, long and expensive to send it back because I live in New Caledonia (South Pacific Ocean) !! Oh la la !... ;((

While these shoes look very nice, I haven't worn than more an 12 times and the sole is coming apart from the top of the shoe. Poorly made!
