I bought these recently and love it but after a few wears I noticed a tear. These shoes are poor quality.

I bought these a month ago and wore them yesterday for an interview. I consider my feet to be quite narrow but the toe box was way too small and chaffed my pinky toes. Wish I could return this.

Its a comfortable and stylish and fits perfectly well.

I usually wear a 7-7.5, Ordered a 6.5 based on other reviews and they fit it perfectly. A little snug at first, but loosened up and formed to my feet over the day. I would've given this 5 starts just based on that BUT the first time I wore them, i tried to wipe them down after work, and warm water on a paper towel rubbed off a section of the color, also a ton of wrinkles in them after one day. After one wear, they look like old shoes I've had for years.

I wore the shoes for the first time. The heel on one shoe came off in 30 minutes while I was at work. The heel on the second shoe came off 1 hour after wearing. I picked up the heels and just finished my day. How embarrassing!

There was a defect with the product. There was a black spot on one shoe that would not come out.

Slightly narrow. These are not comfortable at all. Why are people wanting these? Your feet start hurting after 1 to 2 hours.

I was very disappointed that the shoes I received had obvious and irremediable flaws. I noticed that some people also received such defective products, which makes me suspect that the merchants used people's fear of trouble to sell normal goods with defective products (I can see that the right side of the shoes I received was intact, but the left side had obvious defects!). ", I'm actually buying the full price item (even discounted items should be declared defective, right?). I wasted four hours of my time going to the retail store to return the goods.

Bought the black loafers and my first time wearing them (on carpet) the heel fell off randomly within a few hours. Wasn't walking on any hard surfaces at all and didn't trip. Very upset that the quality of these is so poor for how pricy they are.

This shoe does not fit like all of the eight pairs of Sam Edelman shoes that I own and I could not return it. Very disappointed.

I tried to change or cance the order 5 min after placing it and ended in a complete catastrophe. It shouldn't have been that hard to do.

These are not true to size and much looser, almost a half size too big

These shoes are very uncomfortable and I got a stain on it. I am very disappointed

My daughter wore the shoes 2 times and the front of them rubbed out. I then figured maybe it was a fluke and so I ordered another pair and the same thing happened afterv2 wears. I am waitingbto hear back from the company to see if they will stand behind their product. SL Mirsky
