It is a half size larger. Good thing I read the reviews. I am however going to exchange it for the non patent leather version. The patent leather is decent and well made but is not the look I am after.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! I can't say enough about the Loraine loafer. I purchased them in silver and in pink, then additionally purchased the gold, gold glitter and sand leopard. They fit snugly, and mold to the shape of the foot. They were a little tight on my for about five minutes, or less, and now fit like a glove. They're very comfortable and super stylish. I highly recommend these adorable shoes!

These shoes are worth every penny. They look very well made and very comfortable. I did find that they run a littler larger than my other Sam Eldleman’s. Buy these shoes. You will not regret it.

Got the sparkly gold style. Very comfy. Great for me at work as I am in my feet all day. And I got tons of complements. Such a pretty shoe. May get it in another color.

I was debating springing for the designer horsebit loafers, doubting I could get what I was looking for in a lower priced shoe. I was wrong. These are great. I went a half size down. My regular size probably would have fit too.

These are great dupes for Gucci loafers and very comfortable. No breaking in required, but I would recommend sizing down if you are in between sizes like I am. Run slightly big, about a 1/2 size.

Ordered for the wife, who is very slender built. I originally was looking for a replacement for her flats, and thought these looked good but was unsure of how she would feel. Upon first look, she was very unsure if she wanted to use these for work. However, after the first day of usage, she raved about how comfortable these shoes are. She normally goes sockless with these and pairs them with fitted ankle cut slacks, and I can't imagine that the designers were thinking of any other look when these were released. They look great and are super comfortable, and look better (in my opinion) than flats

I only wear flats or loafers. These are the best loafers I have even owned. They fit like a glove. This style is very slimming on my feet. I think I will be buying another pair. I wish they also game in brown.
