I agree with Trip. Rubber sole are terrible for dancing and are a poor representation of a quality shoe. I am 70 years old and old enough to remember when Floursheim made REAL shoes, worthy of the name. Shame on you. Bring back the quality and charge more, as necessary, but give your discerning customers an option.

leather is not the best quality, compared to other shoes by Florsheim. Shoe is too heavy.

i`m a dancer ,,,,need full leather soles,,,,,,,,,rubber soles are for old people and couch potatos ,,,,,and i am 75 yrs old and the only shoes i own with rubber soles are sneakers...........love the uppers and 2 tone style,,,,,,you can shove those rubber soles
