I'm so pleased with this bag and this company. After over a decade of farmers market produce, wet swimsuits, muddy shoes, camping gear, library books, and other sundries, the waterproof lining started flaking. The repairs were impeccable, and my bag continues on, with many many years of hauling left to go. I'm so happy with this bag and how much of a workhorse it is! I can't thank you enough for the great ethos of sustainable products with long lives.

My last TimBuk2 messanger bag was from 2002. And it's still going (passed it down to my son) but thought I'd get an update since I loved traveling with it so much. The new version is incredible. The interior is waterproof lined, has a separate sleeve for a laptop (great for space management) and the redesigned pockets are far more useful. I wish I had upgraded sooner now. Can't wait to take this on my next trip.

Perfect size for iPad Air, case, accessories, and even more. Lots of room for such a small-looking back. And, of course, the Timbuk2 manufacturing is top-notch.

Great bag. Spacious, durable, stylish. Everything I was looking for in my daily carry.

Use this work for commuting to the city. Small version is spacious enough on the inside, but small enough to travel easily. I carry a few books, water bottle, and other misc. items. I also like the pockets underneath the flap.

I's perfect for keeping everything easily accessible whenever needed.

I was gifted this bag six years ago for carrying college class materials and have absolutely adored it since. It's lightweight and easy to carry from one classroom to the next, weather resistant which is important given the heavy rain and snow we get, and it has plenty of organization so that I can easily access what I need without digging through the bag. Unfortunately my cat recently took a liking to a strap so it's time to get a new one but considering how much I can fit in there I am so excited that the bag remained structurally strong until now!! There aren't many companies that make bags that are durable for this many years especially given I how much I would put in this bag. Very much looking forward to the next 6+ years of this wonderful bag!!

The quality you would expect, with a bit more room than they let on. I wanted a "personal item" sized bag for international flights. Needs to be 15.7 x 7.8 x 9.8 inches (40 x 20 x 25 cm). This bag makes it and I was pleased that my 12.9" iPad Pro fits as advertised, but surprised that my 16" MacBook Pro can fit in the laptop sleeve too - not needed for this trip but will expand the bags use for everyday use. The shoulder strap adjuster is overbuilt, and the strap pad is also oversized for the (small) bag, but those are the only two things I can think of that don't put this bag in the perfect category. Five flights in and I'm very impressed.

I love my lil bag, I do wish it had an external bottle holder because the internal is a bit small and it's hard to fit a normal sized water bottle in there. Otherwise it's well made, the straps are comfy.

The internal pockets under the main flap could be larger or more flexible. Other than that, no complaints so far. It's new, so can't comment on longevity but it feels like it should last a decade no problem.

I use this everyday. I used to use daybags but since I now walk with a cane this style really suits me. Had a little issues. Above expected resolution to my bag woes. Great service from first contact to end solution. If there were 6 stars I'd be there.

I bought a large, and although I thought it was too big at first, I've since changed my tune. As a graphic designer and tech head, there's more than enough space for my things. I really like how the interior sleeve is comfortably big enough for both my 16" MacBook Pro (that is inside a padded case), 12.9" iPad, and Gen 1 Apple Pencil (that has it's own case) - essentially the stuff that I don't want to jostle around don't.

Perfect size for my commute, classic styling, looks like it's built to last.

I purchased this messenger bag to use as my carry-on bag for an extended trip to Copenhagen. It easily accommodated a laptop, tablet, book, and assorted other items. I particularly liked the ability to compress the bag with the straps, and the water resistant fabric came in handy. I would purchase again in the future.

I've been using it for over a year and it still looks great and works perfectly. I travel a lot for work, so it's perfect. It has proper storage for everything. From my passport, to sunglasses, to my laptop and water bottle. Although I wish the water bottle holder was a tad bigger. But it's honestly perfect. Ever had great storage for your keys and headphones. It's really well designed. When I get bored of it, no question I'll just buy another colour.

I use this bag everyday to go to work and I love it! It's spacious and so practical! Thinking about getting another one!

Perfect size for my needs, plenty of space for everything

This bag was recommended to me in 2015. I bought the XS for what I needed. Used it extensively for over two year and it was fantastic. Very durable, comfortable, practical, and kept things dry inside even when biking in downpours. The strap also adjust so easily, which I didn't realize I appreciated until I got it. The thread faded after about a yearish, but I don't mind the colour contrast. I don't consider it a flaw; the thread hasn't failed. For the last 5 years my wife and I have used it as a diaper bag. Still a fantastic bag, and I expect it to keep on lasting. I've recommended this bag to others and was just coming back to see if it's still here. Sure is.

I searched everywhere for an RFID messenger bag for my upcoming trip. Then the lightbulb came on! My son loves his TIMBUK2 messenger bag. He flies frequently. I immediately went to their website and found one. There are different sizes to choose from. There are specific places for items so organization is already done. Outside pockets allow easy access to IDs, tickets, etc. The strap feels a bit heavy but I haven't used it yet. I'm short and I chose the medium size so that may be the reason. I love it. I told my son and he was pleased. My son and I are fans for life!

I searched everywhere to find an affordable RFID messenger bag for traveling. I was getting nowhere. I then realized that my son has a TIMBUKTU 2 messenger bag and loves it. The lightbulb came on! I went to their website and found the perfect one for me. When it arrived I texted him that I was so excited about my purchase. He wanted to know which one I bought. He loved my choice.
