This shoe fits true to size and is so comfortable. I have high arches and heel pain; this style has a nice arch support and my heels no longer hurt when I wear these. The only downside is that I wore them and it rained and the insoles starting sudsing. Every step I took, suds squished out of them. I called Zappos and they took care of the issue. Great customer service!

It took several wearings to figure out how to adjust the straps so they don't chafe. My feet aren't narrow, but I have to tighten each strap all the way in, so these would be good for people with wider feet. The ankle strap is high, so I have to get it just right or it rubs my ankle bone. The foot bed is very comfortable, except that it tends to push my ankle toward the inside. All-in-all, I tried several other styles before landing on these -- even with their faults, these are more comfortable than the others I tried. The design across the toes helps to counter the plainness of the sandal. Otherwise, they would look like so many others.

I have other Aetrex shoes and wanted a lower heel with comparable comfort for a trip to Europe, where I knew I'd be on my feet and walking nonstop, so I could swap out and not wear the same pair daily, as I tend to get blisters easily, too. I have plantar faciitius, high arches and a low back problem. I also really like cute shoes. These totally score on the overall comfort for hours without any break-in time, but I do wish this brand would up their aesthetic game a bit. I find them much more attractive than most of their competitors, and with the comfort they offer I'll opt to wear these rather than something more stylish, but it would be nice to have it all. I just discovered this brand a year ago when my feet were both bothering me, and since adding them to my wardrobe, along with a few other supportive options, my feet have been much better.

I love these shoes and was sad that I decided to send them back. The shoe fit perfectly on my left foot, great support, fashionable and they looked great! My right foot overpronates a little more than the left and so the shoe rubbed where the strap fit into the sole of the shoe. I was just concerned of getting a blister on my arch when I wore them for an extended time. I would recommend this shoes if you don't overpronate.

I ordered 3 pairs of Aetrex sandals and ordered a size up on this pair. These were too big, but I kept one of the other pairs. I am new to this brand but they seem like they will be very comfortable. This was a very cute shoe, but was too big and the Velcro strap on the left shoe seemed like it would rub. This may have been because it was too big? I will be buying this brand in the future! And as always Zappos is wonderful!

Was very comfortable but very short, my big toe was at the end of the shoe. I wear a size 8 US size so I ordered the 39. I was going to exchange for a 40 but decided to get the Janey instead and very happy I did. Still thinking about ordering this in a 40 to see if it fits better as it was a cute shoe. Must go up a full size.

The support for me is a must , moderate is a good evaluation. Ideally I need solid support but these are doable, I might not be able use them all day but the comfort factor plus how stylish they are enticed me . So far I’m very pleased !

These are good looking and the footbed was very comfortable however I wasn't happy the straps. I didn't feel that they were stabilizing enough and were a bit clumsy to use. My foot is somewhat wide but not enough for a wide shoe which may be the reason I had a problem.

I did a side by side comparison of this sandal with the Earth Maui and decided to keep the Maui. This sandal was very adjustable and was very cushioned. My only complaint was I felt like I was sliding off the arch when I walked. I did not experience this on the Maui. Overall - a really nice sandal.

I love these sandals, but I wish I had listened to the advice of other reviewers, and ordered a 1/2 size up (I have a size 36) because my toes extend a tiny bit over the edges. That being said, I love the pewter color -- makes them a bit dressier. Also I really like the style with 3 easily-adjustable straps. I am a museum docent, and I wore them for the first time for a 2 hour gallery duty, and my legs and feet felt great! Not sure whether I will take them on an upcoming trip where we will we doing a lot of walking.

run short. if you are an 8.5 order a 9. very comfy

The footbed of this shoe was narrower than another Aetrex style I wear which fits perfectly.

Unfortunately the ankle strap of this very cute sandal rubbed my ankle bone on the outside of my foot.

The strap across the back of my heel caused an immediate blister.

These shoes were true to size and are very comfortable. I only wish they were made of leather. I couldn't find what they were made of when I ordered them and I was somewhat disappointed.

I wanted to like these so much because the foot bed is comfortable/supportive and the style is nice. Sadly the straps were a bit chafing, so not best for my plan to walk all day in them. I much appreciate how easy Zappos makes returns.

Painful arch support because it is too far back, otherwise they would have been great

Looking for a great pair of sandals for everyday walking, comfort is a priority. Unfortunately, although length was okay, these felt too loose, unable to tighten straps enough to get a secure fit. And they just seemed flimsy, not something that would suit my active lifestyle. Returned.

As with other some other reviewers, the arch was not quite in the right place for me. Too bad as they are cute. Also, quite enough Velcro on the front strap to hold the outside edge tight to the sandal. Didn’t impact fit just made the sandal look a little sloppy. I have a narrow forefoot, so others may not have this trouble.

I purchased these and the Aetrex Jillian - I have a wide foot and am plus sized, my foot barely slid into these. They felt both narrow and small, while the Jillians fit perfectly in the same size. The style and color was nicer looking in person, but I had to return them.

I buy Aetrex shoes and love them. I walk forever in comfort. This style is different, didn't work with my foot. Jillian and Marcy style is so comfortable. Sending back this Gabby style but keeping the others.

I love this shoe, but it hurt my heel on the right foot rubbing a blister on my heel in a short amount of time. My toes were were just about at the end of the shoe. I decided to try a size up....got the 7.5 today and it too was tight on my right foot.at the heel. My left foot is smaller than my right and felt good , so I didn't want to try an 8. I will be sadly returning them too.

Fit was ok, on the small side for Aetrex. The bottoms were very soft and cushioned but made my feet sweat immediately. I did not want to ruin the shoes with further testing so I am returning them right away.

These are attractive and comfortable, but I'm not keeping them because I'm concerned about how much heat the soles hold. The box sat outside my door in the sun for a few hours before I got to it, and when I put them on, the soles felt uncomfortably warm. None of the other sandals, including the Evie also from Aetrex, had this issue. I have sweaty feet, so I didn't think a heat-trapping sole seemed like a good idea for me.
