I wear a 7 1/2 - 8 and the 38 fits good. I have a more narrow foot and can tighten the straps to fit. Very comfortable.

I love the Aetrex sandals because of their built-in orthotics. The arch is a good, high arch which is so important for me. This sandal has a wonderful, soft foot bed. It runs just a tad short in my opinion. I am a 7-7 1/2 and size 37 just fits me with no extra room at the toe to spare. The other improvement I'd make is the way the velcro is attached. It is scratchy against the skin and needs to be trimmed to account for this. I trimmed it back myself and it seems fine now. Overall, I am very happy with these sandals. I feel the style is not too clunky like other brands of "comfort" style sandals. They are definitely more for casual wear such as shorts or jeans rather than a sun dress or skirt. The pewter color is a great versatile shade as well.

Shoe was very nicely made, the reason I am returning it is because I had toe surgery and the strap fell on top of the incision and was too uncomfortable.

love the adjustability for my slim feet, but the ankle strap rubs on the under side of my ankle bone, so won’t work for me. Seems to have moderate support.

Nice looking shoe, but the arch wasn't in the right place for my foot. Otherwise very comfortable--worry I had to return them.

Very nice sandal. They were almost perfect, but the arch wasn't in the right place for my feet. And I didn't really like the stitching on the strap over the toes, although others might. If they fit you, they'll be very comfortable.

I really liked the look of these sandals and they fit well. However, with the two velcro straps to attach, they were just too complicated for this oldie! I thought the trip-colors were great. I am sad they won't work. I will look for something else from Aetrex with perhaps just one velcro strap to do.

My ankles are narrow and the strap around ankle just hit at awkward angle. This made sandal uncomfortable for me. Otherwise, it is a cute sandal and appeared well-made. Supportive,

The leather on this sandal just was not comfortable.

Very comfortable! I have a bad bunion and the 3 adjustable straps are great. I wish the shoe was a matte gray or black. The shimmer charcoal is ok but ages me and I don’t need that!

I love this Aetrex Gabby shoe. I purchased the Neutral Multi, and it goes with lots of outfits and I have received many compliments on them. I love the different colored straps. I ordered the Pewter color, but am returning them because the color was just not to my liking. I hope Aetrex will make more of their other colors available before this summer is over. If not, please keep the Gabby available for next year and years to come.

Run short.

Cute, but shoe hurt the back of my foot. It arrived in a bent crushed box.

Size 5- 5/12 EU 36. I love these but the strap around my heel hits my heel bone and I have to return. I have normal width feet but the boney ankles. These may work for you and are really cute. I wear a size 5 1/2 and this happens with me on most shoes and boots. People with larger sizes may not notice this. I often feel like they don't take the ankle bone in consideration when making smaller size shoes.

The straps are not adjustable for narrow but have elastic for a wider foot. Sorry to return because they are beautiful and comfortable

These shoes are comfortable. Feel like slippers. Great for my wide feet.

These sandals are so comfortable, and I love that all 3 straps are adjustable. I just didn’t care for the snakeskin pattern, so I returned them.

I’ve been having plantar fasciitis issues & wanted a sandal w/ support. These fit the bill w/out being so old ladyish.

Very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis, and find these to have enough support for everyday activities.

I have many Aetrex shoes and this one was purchased as an additional color from a style I have already worn. I already knew the one drawback to this shoe was the heel strap; too snug to make a perfect and proper fit on my foot. The shoe is so comfortable from the footbed, however, I am willing to overlook this one minor nuisance. If you adjust all straps just right you can wear the sandal without your foot being pushed forward. I happen to love the footbed on this particular shoe which gives superior arch support with just the right amount of comfort for someone with plantar fasciitis, no fat pad on the bottom of my foot and bunion.

Just not enough arch support for me

This was a new brand for me. I'm a big fan of Naot. The price is quite reasonable for the value. They are comfortable right out of the box. The gold is more yellow than the photograph. Definitely recommend

The straps are Velcro, and they were too short around my ankle.

I found the Aetrex Gabby to be too small all the way around. I did like the insole and outer sole but went with the Aetrex Lynco slides instead.
