Perfect cleaner for boots.

good product but its so runny

fur keeps falling and black color dying the feet.

I used the Ugg cleaner to clean my UGGS. It is good but there was one stubborn stain that did not come out. I don't know why.

Yes, I liked the Ugg boot cleaner. My granddaughter wore her Uggs in the rain. The rain spot can out with the cleaner.

Great to revive your boots. My Uggs last years. Great cleaner and conditioner to help keep boots looking great for years!

I used this to clean a small stain on my brand new Uggs. Not only did they not resolve the stain, it also discolored my brand new shoes. Very disappointed in this purchase, especially since I purchased directly from the Ugg store.

After trying to email Ugg about cleaning a stain off a brand new pair of shoes, I was never contacted back by anyone. I bought THEIR product and it does not work and removed some of the color off of the shoe. Very disappointed with the quality and service for the price you pay.

It did not remove stain,

I got a tiny oil stain on my Uggs and purchased this kit. The cleaner made the suede turn a completely different shade along with making the oil drop spread way larger. Customer care said it's not included under warranty because it was accidental damage.. do not buy this cleaner!! Half of my shoe is a completely different color than the other now. Do not recommend and how sad Ugg won't do better for their customers.

I got UGG slippers for Christmas and ordered the cleaning and care kit so I could keep them looking beautiful. I used the conditioner on the product and it left a massive stain on my never before worn shoes. I am so upset.

I followed the directions on the bottle. Once the shoes were completely dry, there were very light spots that weren't there before. I contacted the Uggs cleaning department with a photo and they said they can't tell me whether they can be cleaned or not. I'm so frustrated that I use all genuine Uggs products and my 4 month old shoes look horrible.

I tried this product and it didnt touch the stain at all.

This cleaner took most of the color out of my black ultra minis. Thought I would be on the safe side buying a cleaner made for Uggs, wrong. They won't do anything about it either so now I'm stuck with gray faded boots.

Followed the instructions but it just bleached the boots instead of cleaned the stain.

Doesn't work

I just bought my platform tazz chestnut Uggs 3 weeks ago. I love the shoes so much and have made it a mission to take care of them. I used step 2 of the ugg care treatment - conditioner, and it left my Uggs crunchy and discolored. These shoes no longer resembled or felt like the Uggs I loved only 24 hours prior to this ugg treatment kit. With hope, I brushed the suede in the same direction with the suede brush as that was the last step in the directions and it created scratches in the suede. I am so very upset. I loved these shoes so much and now they're completely destroyed. not to mentioned we all know Uggs are expensive, now I just feel like my money was wasted. I followed the intrusions on the bottle to a T.

I wasn't impressed at all with this product. I didn't see any improvement with my ugg bad and I was disappointed. I was looking forward to all the black coming off the suede but no such luck.

It made the small water stain even worse. Had to take to a shoe store to fix it and pay $30 for it to be fixed.

The cleaner did not eliminate the recent water stains on my new boots.

It did not remove stains from UGG slippers.

Terrible

I have the bailey bow tall 2 and was cleaning them with the cleaner/protector and it stripped the chestnut color from my boots also ruined the texture of the boots they are ruined and I've only had them 3 months I'm very very unhappy, feel like my boots should be replaced
