I had used this and the shoes renew on my uggs i bought a year ago and it kind of brought them back to life. After it dried up it was real clean no spots or anything. I wear them almost everyday

I think that this product is the best thing you could use to clean & condition your ugg products. It's a great safe way to make sure your boots stay good & clean.

Good for treating mild stains/scuffs

I used this cleaner on a pair of suede Uggs I've had for years. They immediately looked brand new! People may say that Uggs are overpriced and there are good knock offs, but I disagree. My hands and feet get frostbite very easily, and I can't do Winter without my Uggs. This cleaner is great, easy to use, and keeps my boots looking new for years. Get it before it sells out!

I used this on a newer pair of boots that had spots of liquid stained above the toe. The directions were simple and I was glad to see that 24 hours later the stains were gone. My only critique would be that the color of my boots has lost some hue. It could be user error. On my next touch-up, I'll be looking up a proper tutorial because it's a real possibility that I may have used too much of the shampoo or didn't blot enough out before setting aside to dry.

not quite what I expected

My daughter got a grease streak on her Uggs and I rubbed it out with soapy water. This depigmented the suede a little, so there was a light mark. I ordered this product to try to restore the appearance. It is a pretty simple product that is basically a soap solution with a little bit of lanolin in it (not much, judging by how thin the consistency is). It seemed to take out a bit more of the streak, and bring the color a bit closer to what it used to be, so I suppose I am satisfied, but the product is really not very specific for Uggs and doesn't have much ability to restore color. It is not exactly overpriced but it just doesn't do very much.

My UGGS last me all year round and this product is great. For heavy duty dirt and grease I also use this with a little bit of OXYCLEAN and my boots and UGGS are back to perfection!

I used it for my boots that had black stains on it from riding the metro. Once I followed all the instructions and waited for it to dry, I saw that they were still somewhat black and and probably needed another go. I definitely saw a difference though.

I only had to use a little bit to clean the whole shoe. Made the shoes look clean and almost new.
