Never got my order and very tiresome process to get the correct item

My package never came and when I contacted customer service there was nothing done

Recieved these but they run way too big. Returned by mail because the closest store is over 2 hrs away and i still havent recieved any updates

The shoe sizes are way off. My wife wears a size women's 8 (mondo point 240) and even the size kids 6 is at least 2cm larger than her foot (a full thumb larger). It is almost impossible to purchase things online because the sizing of Adidas shoes, particularly for women, is completely inconsistent.

Did not fit. Asked for exchange and have been waiting forever. Will probably cancel order and just forget it. Customer service could not even help.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter, and they run very big! I called customer service, and they said I could exchange them for a smaller size. Upon returning them, they would then ship me the smaller size what was I was told. However, I shipped my original order and then was told I would have to wait nearly 14 days before they sent out the smaller size. It was extremely frustrating, and the customer service was poor.

Item not as described. The photo clearly has 2 straps and the shoes I was sent have 3 thin straps. This makes putting the shoes on much more difficult for a toddler who is still learning. Super disappointed.

The sizing was wayyy too big then what i ordered. I am not happy at all.

The shoes are bigger, I bought 4.5 (22.5cm) an they were 25cm

I ordered and wanted the name poppy on only the left shoe but was given them with the name poppz I paid for it and as a collector of adidas I am so angry as they were a birthday present

The product is good but the service is bad !! Purchased before Xmas and stil waiting to have them exchanged you can't do it in store I've tried then messed about via the chats it's ridiculous and I won't be buying direct again

Purchased a pair of Gazelle trainers in navy used my birthday discount so were a bargain price! The trainers came with glue all over the toe on one and totally mishaped on the other! Seconds would have been better quality! Honestly adidas you need to create a quality control department! This is not the first time I have received items covered in glue! Not great! Should be given trainers gratis for the upset! Perfect pair though, not disappointments! I understand that there are always those pairs that are not the best but this is not good for a respected brand.

To be honest a real terrible shoe do not buy or else

Ordered a 4.5uk. The box was 4.5 but both shoes were 5.5. Had to return and re order at a higher price

Awful quality, no what i would expect from Adidas. Inside the shoes, the 'tongue part' you could feel so extra material that were going pass the ' tongue' and coming onto the front part of the shoes. Very uncomfortable.

Uncomfortable and tounge is hard and pushes against skin

Not very good at itching coming apart and they haven't been worn yet poor quality

Shoes fit perfectly and look great but they fell apart after a couple of weeks of wear. The leather has come completely away from one of the Velcro straps

I love this latest addition to my Adidas Gazelle collection. I love the fit, the sturdiness and the comfort of these classics and the fact that I can get them on such a variety of colours means I wear a pair most days to coordinate with my outfit. I just love them. Walk all day in them and its total comfort. Don't think I'll ever fall out of love with these shoes.

Ordered a size Uk1 trainers for daughter returning to school. Received the first pair and on the box and label it was size UK1 but on the tag inside the shoe it was only 13 (to small) Phoned to complain and got a replacement pair sent out. Received the second pair, also wrong size. On box and label size UK1 but the trainer is a size 2. Sent complaint online and not heard back. Poor, poor service to get this wrong twice and a month later still not resolved and had to purchase other school trainers for my daughter.

I have 15 pairs of Gazelles. I wanted my 2 year old to have some too but sadly the quality doesn't reach my expectations. For a toddler you need comfort and support. Sadly theses didmt appear to offer either. Very narrow too despite be ordering a size up from his true measured size. Disappointed as I really wanted my son to have some Gazelles like his dad. Returned for a refund, a process for which with Adidas to be fair is effortless for the customer. The experience does not put me off the brand.

I really like the look and style but unfortunately the sizing is a big bigger than a size 2 and unfortunately I've cut the tag off and used the shoes straight away without trying it on properly. I will now have to just give it away to a friend/family.
