These shoes colour are very dim in nature and they are very light and it takes few wears to get dirty

I read think they should make it way more comfortable honestly

Fabric faded in various places which is most obvious on the back of the shoes. Tried a replacement pair and they are the same. Will be returning for refund. Look like seconds. Not what I expected from adidas.

Shoes are great but arrived with the security tag still attached.

I order the gold metallic and received the white one. There is no space to talk to costumer service to explain that, so that's why I'm writing a reviews

They just didn't fit or seem to be the same size as other Adidas shoes of the same numeric size.

It was too tight fixing. I requested for size 4.5 but that seems to be for US consumers only. Apparently you can only purchase size 4 not 4.5 . This was disappointing

The were lovely trainers but the personalisation on the side came off almost instantly and was very disappointing as I wanted to keep these trainers as a keepsake as they were my sons first pair but with half the letters missing I won't be bothering

I purchased these in my regular size. They were too large but adidas doesn't have a system where you can return or exchange via post or in store (if bought online) so I bought another pair. The second pair I received were significantly lower quality than the first; they were covered in glue marks and the leather was scruffy and faded. At this point adidas had sold out Of my size. These trainers should not have passed quality control and adidas should improve its return and exchange systems which are antiquated compared to other retailers.

Something was different about these. They do not feel the same as my current ones. The rubber soles and overall quality was weird and I felt like I received a pair of knockoffs.

I ordered these for my son. I ordered two pairs of shoes and instead of the shoes what I received was a tee and pants. I wanted to reorder them but their customer service was slow and I didn't feel the urgency from them to help me . I called them but was then transferred to communicate via email and their response time took 24-48 hours. I was told they can give me a discount voucher for the inconvenience, I never received it and I couldn't order the shoes anymore because they were back to full price( when I ordered it was on sale). I was hoping I could atleast use the discount voucher to reorder the items. As I'm writing this review I still haven't received my refund as I have to wait god knows how long to process it. So not only did I not receive the correct items, I was inconvenienced to return the items, and missed out to reorder the shoes as it became sold out from the 3 days I wasted waiting for their response via email. I asked for the discount voucher they have mentioned via email and my question was ignored. I guess a family ain't a loss for a big company like adidas.

This is the second pair of shoes that are too big. My granddaughter measured her foot and she needs a women's size 6, not a men's size 6. I have followed your sizing steps as printed.

Cute shoes but coming apart and faded looking after a week.

There are just not made the same way anymore. For decades I could always rely on Gazelles for the perfect comfortable fit, sadly now they just no longer fit me even with sizing up or down. If you find yourself in the same boat I would recommend the Hamburg as a much better similar alternative, or the Japan, for style and comfort.

The shoes are not comfortable at all. Very much disappointed

First of all, I didn't order men's gazelle. I ordered for a kid I have already sent back the 4 1/2 FedEx and now we're awaiting my new pair. Please advise.

Shoe great fit but to large around the toe area, not comfy!

Ordered twice now. Both times came in wrong colour. Returned twice. Not bothering ordering again

I would however recommend to go down half size than normal

Bought my daughter these for her bday. They can with broken laces, dirt, worn and scuffs. I contacted CS team because I was nervous to return them in the condition they came. The had horrible response time and on top of it only gave me a promo code for all the out of season style options. Trash company! Lost a loyal customer
