Not snug enough for water sports, unlike previous pair of Speedos. The mesh upper is too loose. Sure they would be even more so when wet.

Returning for the size smaller, from 6 to 5. Very light, good grip while walking, should provide adequate drainage. Looks delicate but weave is tight and sturdy.

I purchased these shoes for water aerobics (three times each week) in April. Today is August and I've had to give them up already. They stretched out so badly that they came off my feet in class. I wear size 8, purchased an 8. Yesterday, I gave them to a water aerobics classmate who wears a size 9. They fit her perfectly. I'm glad someone else can get more wear out of them, they are still in good shape except for being stretched out. I'm going back to my $20 water shoes that last one year. Sorry that Zappos does not sell them.

These are nice water shoes, but the smallest size was both too long and too narrow for my feet. They are being returned. If you have long, narrow feet, you will probably really like them.

6 1/2 would have been perfect however the material would have still been loose. Felt like to water shoe was going to come off.

Very happy with this purchase! They are comfortable and sturdy, wore them all day at the beach and touring around. They're snug in just the right way where they feel secure, but not pinching like I've experienced with cheaper water shoes. It served me well to take the advice of posted reviews and ordered a size down. Good arch support for being a flat, slip-on water shoe.

Runs Big!

Out of the 5 pairs I ordered to try to find a water shoe to wear on the rocky shores of the Big Island in Hawaii, this was the one that was the most comfortable to wear. Wide enough for feet starting to get bunions and for my high arches. The sole of the shoe feels thick enough to protect my foot from the uneven lava surfaces.

The shoe fit great in foot length, but as you walk the heel pulls off leaving you walking on the back of the shoe, love the look, love the color, but the shoe won't stay on.

Seems a little loose on the foot. Don't think they would work in the water - would lose them pretty quickly. Or maybe just need a smaller size, but ended up getting the other type instead.

I needed water shoes quickly and Zappos delivered! I wasn't honestly picky as I just wanted something to wear tubing in a rocky river. These arrived in maybe 36 hrs and were true to size, well made, and served their purpose well.

Ordered 1 size smaller and nice, tight fit so they don't come off in water

For the price these are a no brained. Comfortable for walking/hiking the beach rocks or other water.

These are cuter than I expected. I'm doing physical therapy in a pool and needed some shoes because my arthritic feet can't tolerate walking on the pool floor. I'm giving them 4 stars for style instead of 5 just because they're, well, water shoes. But quite cute and I've gotten compliments on them by other pool goers.

These shoes fit great. I normally wear a size 8.5 with long toes and purchased the size 8 (usually wear a size 9 in sandals so my toes don't hang over the edge). I had heard that the uppers of these shoes might stretch out over time. These shoes were used in an aqua-aerobics class and worked out great. They don't have a great arch support but do have great traction in the pool...much better than going with bear feet.

Normally wear a 7 1/2 . Bought the siE 7 & they feel just right.

I bought these for wearing in the pool for walking and aquaphit. They're not a simple slip on. It's more like pulling on socks. They stay on well in the water, pretext my feet from the pool bottom. I love them. And they get attention at the pool. Everyone is jealous of the cool colors. I have the turquoise with purple sole.

Great water shoe for the lake. I wear a size 5.5 or 6 shoe and ordered the size 5. They stay on my feet and are comfortable, but there is still close to an inch of extra room past my toes. That doesn’t bother me or affect the fit or comfort.

These shoes worked great on our vacation when walking on the beach where there were rocks or sharp crushed shells. They also stayed on well walking in the water and were comfortable.

I thought these actually ran a bit big. I ordered an 8 and a 9, I usually wear 8.5. The eight feels like it could be half a size smaller, but I do love them!

Comfy and grippy. I'm a 7.5 so I got a 7 and there was a half inch more room in the toes but still a nice fit. Did not weigh me down and they drained nicely. I recommend for water exercise and jet skiing.

I have been in water aerobic three times a week for over two years. I had another brand of water shoe that wore out in under a year. I just got these so I can not speak to durability....yet. They are heavier than my other water shoes were, but not overly so. They have nice sticky bottoms good for the pool. They don't seem to stretch out when wet either. I wear a size 8 shoe and I bought an 8. They fit perfectly.
