The shoes are really cute. Unfortunately, they're quite stiff and uncomfortable. I wore them for a few hours at work and they rubbed my heels and pinched the little toe on my right foot. For the price, I feel they shouldn't need a break-in period (never need one with Clarks or Sketchers), so they're going back.

Disappointed ð???. My other Jambus were amazingly comfortable right out of the box. These have stiff leather and hurt my feet. The design is nicer in the picture than the real thing - look cheaper than they are. Feel true to size. Will wear around the house to try and break them in but going to return them if a couple of days don't improve them.

This is the exact shoe I want to buy but I am a perfect 10 1/2 and they only come in 10 and 11. What is up with that? Nearly half the shoes I look forw only come in 10’s and 11‘s. We 10 1/2ers are being neglected. :(...

Cheap, cheap, cheap!! What happened to Jambu? I have a couple of pairs from a few years ago and the quality between those ones and the one I just bought (and returned) was night and day. I can't believe the shoddy quality of the shoe. Forget fit, the rounded toe you see in the picture is not what you get. Where the leather is inserted in the front, it's squared off and misshapen, and you can see that the glue is so poorly done, there are gaps where the glue isn't even holding the pieces of the shoe together and will probably tear in a short period of time. The material of the shoe, top and sole, look incredibly cheap. The stitching is haphazard and as a visual detail, looks sloppy. The sole looks plastic and hard--no natural leather look to it. The cost of this shoe compared to the workmanship (a term I use loosely) is absurd. Maybe if I was buying a shoe like this in Payless, where the quality isn't the selling point, but the price, and the price was less than half what's being charged here, I wouldn't be so disappointed. But to charge $99 + tax for this is unbelievable. I literally have bought better quality shoes in Target, and they aren't known for top-of-the-line products. Jambu, Keen and so many other shoes I used to come to Zappos to buy are now more and more offering much shoddier cheaper quality products. So much so, that I'm wondering if there be any well-made shoes available in a couple of years. I don't mind paying a bit extra for a good pair of shoes. But now I find myself paying for a name alone; seems to be no pride in manufacture anymore--just grasping after a quick buck. Sad.
