I bought these for a trip that would involve lots of walking. The arch support and memory foam insole seemed like they would be very comfortable. I liked the fact that the upper was leather and not a synthetic material. But the crisscross straps didn't conform to my foot very well. There were odd gaps and bulges. The deal-breaker was the thick sole and the very rounded, built up toe area. Overall, the shoe just didn't look good on my foot and I ended up sending it back.

I was happy to find a Jambu sandal in the wide widths. I had ordered another style in the regular width and it was a smidgen too tight so had to order a different style offered in the wide width. This pair is plenty wide for my feet. I have learned to order a half size down when I get the wide widths and this was no exception. I hoped to be able to wear these without socks but the inside was a little rough against my bunion so I am wearing them with peds which works out well. So far they are working out great but I did add the gel arch support pads inside. The strap doesnt tighten as far as I would like but working okay. All in all happy with these shoes.

Cute design. The heel has a little pad, presumably to fix the complaints about other Jambu heels sandals being uncomfortable. However, it doesn't work quite the way they wanted. The heel leather doesn't cut into you foot the way it does with the Tangerine, put pushed my heel away from the back of the shoe enough that felt weird.

It was hard to describe the fit. It was just all wrong for me. Narrow outside my pinkie toe, and wide at the heel. The shoe just had too much going on to look good on my foot, so I only gave it 3 stars. Since it didn't fit right I couldn't say it was comfortable. I don't think I'll try this brand again. I'd seen it for less in the Duluth Traders catalog my husband gets, but found it and ordered from Zappos because of the service. Glad I did. It went back the next day. Easey peasy.

I wear a 10.5 and was hoping a 10 would fit..nope. Then I ordered 11...double-nope. Too bad that some shoe manufacturers undervalue women's size 10.5! Really cute shoe..I am bummed.

I love how they look but will be returning them because I need something with more arch support. Comfortable otherwise!

I like Jambu. But this model seems to be very tight in the toe. I ordered my normal size (7 1/2), but they were not comfortable.

These are so cute but it's taken me 60+ years to realize that strappy shoes do not work with my high instep. Thanks for your great service Zappos!

I didn't notice that the Black Earth colored shoes were two-toned in the picture and I really don't care for it in person so I'm returning them. They also run small - my feet measure at a 6W but I usually wear 7s in closed- toe shoes. The 7s in these are too short so I'm sending them back for a 7.5 in red.

So cute! Love the color! Very comfortable...so far the memory foam footbed seems great. Bought these to replace a pair of J41s, and they don’t seem like they’d be as rugged because of the thinner straps. However, the straps do have very small rivets at stress points, so they seem like they’’ll last. I usually wear Merrell’s, Keen’s, Romika’s, etc. This is my first pair of Jambu’s and overall, I’m very happy with them. I bought another style of Jambu’s at the same time (which I’m also very happy with)! Yay!

I enjoy having nice looking very comfortable casual shoes. Good tread and grip on the sole. And they last!

I just wrote this nice long review which got deleted. So bottom line is they run small. A full size up was wide but half size up (which fit perfectly length wise) was a little narrow. Overall great.

Beautiful denim shoe. Runs about .5 to 1 whole size small so my mom returned hers for a larger pair. Beautifully made shoe. Looks great with or without socks. Very comfortable too!!

I bought these shoes for a trip to Southeast Asia. Right out of the box I knew they were a perfect choice. So comfortable and great support. The design and color are perfect to go with anything I would wear and they are VERY sturdy. I am very pleased with my choice. I am a BIG fan of Jambu as all of their shoes are comforatable, durable and stylish. What else is there in a Shoe??

These are my first pair of Jambu and they won't be my last. These shoes are very comfortable. I normally wear a size 8 and thought these shoes were a bit big but they were easy to adjust with Velcro side strap. I love the look and feel of these shoes!

I loved these shoes. They look great and would be extremely comfortable. However, I have a Taylor's Bunion on my left foot and the top of the shoes hits right above it. If top was a little lower they would be perfect. I will have to return them.

These sandals are super comfortable and have a bit of support. Very cute style. I'm thinking of buying in another color.

I really need a true 10.5 . Jambu does not carry this size so I went for the 11 shoe. It was too big. Hoping to see some Jambu care 10.5 in the future. Unfortunately I had to return them.

I found that I need a half-size larger than my usual 8 1/2 . The 9 is a great fit. They're very good looking and will be versatile for travel this summer. I've been wearing them daily for about a week and find them very comfortable.

This Jambu style felt too small and narrow compared to the Dune style that they don't seem to make anymore. Still a great Jambu shoe, just not going to work for me.

Very cute. Comfortable, but the imprinted insole bothered my feet. Alas, I have to return them.
