As they are true to size, flip flops should be a little bigger over all than a regular shoe… these are exactly the size I ordered so toes tend to stick out in front and on the sides… if you made them just a bit bigger and wider they would IMO be a better flip flop… but Vans rule and always will ???

Footbed was soft and cushy. Styling was good

no half sizes. I could have probably gone up to a 10.5 but the 10’s do fit… just no extra room at all.

Grandson loved them!!! They are over priced for what you get and I hope they hold up got a young man.

Love the Van La Costa flip flops. I have owned several pair. Thet are very comfortable. I normally wear a 9 1/2 and have wide feet. So I went with a 10 and they feel great!

These are my favorite flip flops ever. I usually go through 2-3 pairs a year just wearing them so much around the house. A couple things pertaining to the reviews here. I wear a size larger in these than any other vans shoe. Your heel will most likely hang over otherwise and that’s when the “hard plastic” taping will dig into your foot. I don’t know why, but I highly recommend 1 size larger than your shoe size. The footbed can get stinky, but I would expect that given how squishy and soft it is. I have noticed the blue footbed to be more sweat absorbing for some reason and I go through those pretty fast compared to black/checkerboard pairs due to the heel caving in and the smell of feet. The soles of these are the “lite” models and while I agree the original rubber ones were better these are half the weight/hardly noticeable when wearing. Hope this helps and be prepared to buy 2 pairs:)

The bed of the shoe was soft and cushy....; however.....the rim is hard. So if you step on the side, it hurts. Looks good just makes not functional. I ordered my son 2 pairs to try. His other Vans are size 7 men’s and the 8 in this was the right length but he didn’t like that hard rim. We are trying something different now.

I've been wearing La Costas for the last 4 summers. I prefer the old non-Lite version. I justified the price of these flip flops by them being sturdy and looking slightly "dressier." These are really light. If I wanted flimsy feeling flip flops, I'd spend less. They may hold up better than more inexpensive pairs, but I haven't seen that yet. I'd rather the old version.

Great feel and fit but they are definitely not substantial. Maybe great around the pool after a round of golf, or occasional wear at home. I wear flip flops almost daily for most of the day, and after one week the heels have already broken down.

They should really start considering using half’s on them so it can really fit comfortable
