Both shoes tore after 2 wears. I did nothing extraneous to cause both shoes to tear. Poor quality. This is 2nd pair of the same shoe that I purchase and the old pair never tore.

You delivered the wrong size - 10M rather than the 6-1/2 W I ordered

Very fragile leather. Toe was scuffed the 2nd time wearing.

Loved the shoe however, very disappointed that they are already coming apart -- certainly would not have expected this from Naturalizer.

Bought the 8M and realized immediately I needed a wide. I exchanged for an 8W and have worn a handful of times to work now. Not sure how I didn't notice this sooner when I could have returned - but these shoes make so much noise and the 8W actually feels longer in the foot than the 8M did. Because of this, they are really uncomfortable to walk in (I trip on the toe and slip out of the heal constantly). If there's anything I can do to return, I would. I'm sad because the style really is cute and I thought this would be a more affordable option than the ECCO sneaker. I cannot wear them to work (school counselor logging about 5K steps daily).

I’m so disappointed in the money I wasted on these shoes. I have pointy toe flats by this brand that are more comfortable. My biggest issue is the material and how it held up. After merely 5 or so wears, the toe cap is SO beat up that it looks like I’m wearing sneakers from 8 years ago & I’m unwilling to give them up. The material is also falling apart on the sides (the thicker outside is peeling off from where it connects to the upper material). Overall, a really disappointing buy.

I bought the same shows one year ago and they were soft and comfortable. I reorder exactly the same color and size but the leather quality is worst, being hard and stiff. This has resulted in shows to be much narrower, therefore not wearable because hard, stiff and painful. Is very disappointing that the leather quality and thickness has change to a bad one because this is badly affecting the comfort and fit

Be warned, the bulky seams inside the shoe causes discomfort with each step.

The black pair: I didn't even try them on because they looked quite worn and I did not feel comfortable to be putting them on. Also, the left shoe looked quite a bit narrower than the right, actually, it looked as though the two shoes were from two different pairs!!!!! They also had a very peculiar, very strong, almost chemical kind of odor!!!!!! No, I definitely did not want to try them on!!!!! I did try on the white pair: they had been tried on before, but they did not look as bad as the black pair. However, the fit was not right: the width was ok, they did seem a little longer than I would have liked, but the main problem was that they were somewhat "flat", i.e., the shoe box was a little low for me; also, the heel was much too wide. . . It's unfortunate, because I liked the look of these shoes!

I am suspicious about the use of this Naturalizer label, wondering if this is a fake. I have worn Naturalizers for many years - because they carry narrow sizes. I ordered two pair of these sneakers and they were by no means narrow !! The heels slipped up and down, even when I tied the laces tightly. Also, there was no size or width written inside the shoe at all. This is the first time that a Naturalizer hasn’t fit my narrow foot, so buyer beware if you need a narrow size. This one isn’t for you. I ordered three pair of sneakers from Zappos over the past week because they were marked Narrow but were not, and had to take them all back to the post office.

I ordered a 7.5WW, listening to other reviews to order 1/2 size down. Still too long. Unfortunately, this shoe is maybe a W in the WW size and the toe box is so shallow, that toes don't wiggle and socks would be impossible. The sizing is way off and not proportional to the width. Too bad...it is nice looking, although I thought the leather was cheap.

I wanted to love this shoe! But...I ordered down based on reviews, so the length was ok. But, I ordered my usual width of EE. This is not EE and for an extra wide shoe, there was no room in the toe box to even wiggle my toes, much less wear socks. So, back it goes. Naturalizer should know better. The leather seems cheap.

I was trying to find a quality white sneaker that would last just for going to work ( hence the upgrade to white leather). I’ve worn these maybe twice a week for the last two months and they are falling apart. Stitching on the sides has come undone. The side of the sole has come unglued from the leather upper. I’ve literally had Payless crappy shoes last longer with more wears. So disappointed.
