I really wanted to love these shoes. I even bought 2 different colors. Unfortunately, the shoe insert is so soft and jiggly that my ankle wobbles and hurts so much. I will return one pair while I still can.

Loved the look and comfort of these at first! They’re subtle and easy to dress with, either for the office or out. However the cream color of the sole and base looks dirty VERY quickly. I tried cleaning it over and over but it just looked scrubby.

Too wide for me

Not enough arch support, felt my feet pronating, knees buckled in.

Great fit and cute look but the sole is separating from the body of the shoe after only 3 months on both shoes and in multiple places. I used to consider Naturalizer a more long-wearing brand, but I doubt it now.

Felt like it was a half size too big.

The shoe was a little too flat for me. Was not comfortable.

Couldn't wear them, uncomfortable. I was not happy about the way the delivery was handled. I called the next day to ask for a delay in delivery of 2 days to be away on business. The man I spoke to instead changed the Free Delivery to a $15 charge to get 2 day delivery that I did not ask for and he did not tell me about the charge. He just said I would get the shoes in earlier instead of later. If he had mentioned the extra charge I would have refused the delivery and had a neighbor get the package while I as gone.

Returning because no arch support.

Very narrow. Not much cushion. Cute but not comfortable for the price.

These are beautiful shoes, just exactly what I wanted except for the horrendous toxic chemical smell! I had them in a room for 3+ days hoping the awful smell would disappear, but it never even lessened. While the shoes seem very good quality, I simply can’t imagine wearing them with such a bad smell coming from them. It seems to be coming from inside the shoe- maybe the glue used for the insole? Sad to have to return these shoes, because in every way they are what I wanted.

These are really cute but way too narrow.

Very pretty shoe, but unfortunately terrible sizing. I am a 7 N and this was at least a size 8. Unfortunately I couldn’t order a size down because the shoe only starts at size 7 in narrow. Quality control on size very poor. Not good!

I really wanted to like these. They look very stylish and would work well with jeans, shorts, and even casual dresses. Sadly, they have very stiff tongues and rub the top of my feet with every step. I could tell right away that they won't work.

Cute shoe but does not work for me. I ordered an 8W but was not what a wide width should be.. I ordered an 8 WW (at the same time as I read they ran narrow). It was better but still not what a WW should be as well. While there is some padding in the heel and ball of foot, the shoe has no arch support, is stiff, runs more narrow than wide and would need a lot of breaking in. I would expect more from Naturalizer.

This shoe is very cute but....is very stiff material, no arch support, runs large, and the width is not a true wide width. Surprising for this brand. There is some cushion in ball of foot and heel but that still hard and uncomfortable. Needs a lot of breaking in.

I ordered extra wide and they still felt too narrow; I do have a wide foot, but it’s not THAT wide. I had to get them in a full size smaller than usual to get the right length. Made my feet look big ????
