Really like the gray suede, while the heel is shiney - it did not bother me. My previous pair of Morrison were 8.5 with a round toe, ordered 8.5 in these - they are too short and have an almond toe! Back they go - Thanks Zappos for easy returns.

These shoes have a very wide heel. Since they do not come in narrow, I had to return them, which made me sad because they are a beautiful shoe.

I ordered my normal size of 12 W, the width was perfect for me, I have a bunion on one foot so I need a wide width. My issue though was the length, they were so long, about 1/2 to almost possibly a full size too long. I had to send them back, which was a shame, the footbed was very comfortable with support I was looking for. I think an 11 would've been too short, and they don't offer an 11.5.

These were so cute, and very soft. I think they were just what I wanted in cushy comfort and casual style, but they just did not have enough arch support for me. Naturalizer is hit or miss with arch support. These have a little but not enough for a shoe I would wear when I want to look cute but need to be comfortable. Returning.

The Naturalizer Morrison has an exceptionally cushioned, wonderfully comfortable insole and both the tongue of the shoe and the heel collar are padded, surrounding your feet in softness. The style is very cute with a nice low profile, and I particularly like the taupe nubuck on the back of the sneaker -- both for looks and to avoid scuffing on the back of the shoe. Unfortunately, however, the interior of the shoe leaves something to be desired. I could feel the seams and grommets digging into the top of my feet at forefoot, even with socks on. I am very disappointed to have to return them.

I was excited to see the perfect sneaker I was looking for in Naturalizer. I wore their dress shoes all through my working career. I was very disappointed in the quality of these sneakers. The upper part of the shoe felt like cardboard and there was no arch support. My heels slipped and that is a big reason why I am returning them. I really hoped to like them too. This was my first time ordering from Zappos and the shipping was fantastic. I received them the day after I ordered them. So back to looking.

These sneakers were so cute and flattering on the feet I really wanted to keep them. That said, after trying them on, they had to go back. Here's why: I wear an 11 narrow, and while the length and toe box were generous, the width was much too wide in the heel despite being classified as a narrow. They kept slipping when I walked. Zappos return policy is the best.

These shoes are really cute but they did not fit my feet. The toe area was too tight but I had heavier socks on, when I switched to a lighter sock that I would wear with these shoes anyway the toe area fit fine but the heel slipped. Had to return.

I have small narrow feet but the toe box was way too narrow. My big toe was smooshed. Length of the shoe felt right. Happy with the comfort and appearance otherwise. Bummed they don't have the wide in stock.

I also think that these shoes run narrow which is why I ordered them in a wide. I have bunions and a narrow heel and the Morrison’s work great for me in the WW, which feels like wides in other brands. I have several pair. I hope Naturalizer brings back more WWs as they run so narrow. They don’t last for me unless I get the WW size as the seam starts to come apart at my bunion on the pair I have in W. Super super cute. More colors please!

I really wanted to like these. They were super comfortable and really cute. However my foot slipped up from the heel every time I stepped. I have fairly narrow feet so maybe it's just me, but it was sad.

These were pretty comfortable when I tried them on but the style, oh my! They looked so cute in the photos but when they arrived, they looked like granny shoes. Sending them back.

These shoes were cute, and had some cushioning, but I was really hoping for more in the way of arch support, and was rather disappointed. There's almost no arch support at all, so unfortunately I'll have to return them.

Wanted to love this shoe because the style and color are perfect, and it is available in a wide width. However, they tore up the back of my heels. I have this problem with a lot of shoes, so it's likely an issue with the shape of my feet, more than a problem with the shoe.

Great looking but my short socks Won't stay up. They slide under my heels. I don't have that issue with other athletic shoes.

Although the length and width were as expected, the seam from the lacing placket rubbed irritatingly against the top of my toes. The sneaker is also clunkier-looking on than it appears in photos. Had to return.

Comfortable shoe for causual daytime activities. Could have ordered a half size down. Soft leather, stretches a lot and quickly.

I purchased these shoes in a wide width since I have had pretty good luck with Naturalizers. However, these felt a bit narrow. Unfortunately, I had already worn them outside a couple of times before realizing that they're not the best thing to wear all day. It may just be the one shoe, but one of the areas near the laces rubs against the top of my foot uncomfortably. I wore these to an amusement park all day, and while they were comfortable enough for the first few hours, I was regretting my shoe choice for the second half of the day.

It’s hard to find wide shoes that are comfy, cute and stylish. Unfortunately, these look too much like shoes for seniors. Had to send back. But certainly a true wide width. Had to go down 1/2 size.
