Love the looks, but fit was not true to sizing. Also needed more cushion for comfort.

Returned this shoe because the tongue was too high and was rubbing against my foot.

I have had at least 4 pair of these shoes and they were always great. This time the material feels cheap and stiff. They also run a bit large. Not sure why Naturalizer had discontinued the narrow width, yet makes all their shoes in wide widths. Time to find another brand of shoes

I am returning these shoes because my heel slips out of the shoe when walking. Otherwise the shoe is attractive and comfortable. Normally Naturalizers fit me well.

Loved the color of these and they fit true to size! That being said, I recently bought the Morrison 2.0 in black and they are wonderful!! Difference in the two is not enough support in the Morrison and the insoles are not removable. I have plantar fasciitis and these features are of great importance!

The shiny metallic pieces on the back of the shoe were a surprise. Ick! I missed that when I ordered them. They're coming back to you right now.

Extremely comfortable and cute, even with my cankles! Sadly, the quality is junk. Wore for 1 week in Europe and a few days here and there - the sole and top are cracking. They now look like I’ve had them for years. What a shame.

Attractive shoe by a brand I can usually depend on. Sadly, these sneakers slid up and down on my heels so walking wasn't going to be comfortable. Also no arch support which I need for everyday wear.

Wanted to like these, as I wanted something other than a running type shoe look. They felt a bit short and narrower than a 7.5 W. They just weren’t right for me.

I purchased these in a wide because reviews I read in several places said they were narrow. I have pretty average feet but had been wondering if a wide would be better, as I do think shoes of this style often feel snug. I did NOT need wide. I ordered my normal size but in a wide and they were HUGE. I couldn't even walk around to try them out. I did not feel any noticeable arch support, which I would really prefer.

The color was too bright for me, much brighter than it looks online. A little subtlety and they would have been perfect. I just want to give a shout out to Zappos, though. In the past month I've ordered and returned a dozen pairs of shoes (I'm hard to fit) and Zappos has made it incredibly easy-- and I haven't had to endure dirty looks from store clerks :-) It's the only way to buy shoes.

Both shoes squeek when walking in them. Too bad! I really liked the shoes!

When you walk with these on, there is a loud squeeking noise from both shoes. Could not tell if it was from inside or outside of shoes.

These did not fit me, but I do have strange feet. I felt them to be too stiff, thus uncomfortable.

I tried two sizes and they both fell off the backs of my heels when I walked. Very narrow shoe.

The shoes seemed to fit well. I wore them a little around my house to check them out. I'm sending them back because the tongue rubs on the shoe when I walk and they make all kinds of noise. I don't want noisy shoes

These are comfortable and fit well for length. I always wear a wide shoe but this one is just a bit sloppy in the heel area for width. I have an extra wide toe box so it fits well there, but I think the wideness continues too much into the sides of the heel. I may need to return for the regular width and hope it fits in the toes. Tightening the laces doesn't do anything to keep them on better.

Very, very little arch support.

These shoes are super cute! I have wide feet so I found them too narrow in the toe area. They also slide on your heel so unfortunately, I will be returning these. :(

Fit and size is fine, and they are comfortable, but I don't wear them all the time and the sole is coming apart from the upper in several places. As soon as they were worn enough to have creases they started gapping.
