This shoe was slightly long, in that I had a little gap at the heel. It was also a little tight in the toes too.

I ordered this pair for work as I was looking for a chic office pump that is both comfortable as well as not too old lady looking. This pair is extremely comfortable and true to size. The inside is very soft and needed not time to break in. I read the reviews and was concerned regarding sizing but found they fit perfect. The block heel provides great stability throughout the day and I feel like a Parisian Fashionista walking around at work in this great pair of heels.

They were a little too high for me. Would love the shoe if it were 2" heel.

I ordered this in a 10N along with several other shoes from different manufacturers (also 10N, but lower heels). This shoe is beautiful and seemed comfortable, but was too long. The narrow width seemed fine. I may try again in a 9.5.

these shoes fit well and were very pretty, but the heel was too high for me at age 70. sadly, i returned them.

It was exactly what i was looking for: a classic black pump with a block heel that isn't too high.

I love the look and feel of this shoe. The heel is a cool shape and not too high. Inside padding is quite comfortable.

This is a stylish and comfortable shoe! The heel height is perfect for me. The shoe runs a little long, however the width feels true to size. I don't mind the slightly longer shoe length since it provides added comfort without the shoe slipping off my heel. As always, thank you to Zappos for excellent service.

This is a beautiful shoe. Unfortunately, I have to have a wider toe box but have a narrow heel. They fit perfectly with knee socks but that clearly was not the look I was trying to achieve! I am still looking for a closed toe dressier shoe that I can wear that is not suede.

It was too big. The red color was perfect and I liked the style.

So how about this... I received only one of these shoes and one black patent shoe of a different brand. Is this a new look that I haven't heard about yet? I do like the shoe and will need to reorder and return this mismatch. They run true to size and are a nice width. I won't know for sure how both feet fit until I get the new pair. However, they seem to be exactly what I wanted for times in the winter when I have to dress up.

Fit just slightly long but felt great! Width was fine too. Just didn’t like the looks of those heels.

Very nice looking shoe. I ordered the dark silver and was not disappointed with the color, style or appearance of the shoe. However, the shoe runs about a half size too long allowing my heel to slip out of the shoe. In addition, the toe box was just a little too snug. Support, cushioning and heel height was very good.

These are super cute in red, but the taupe color looked really fuddy duddy, like really old lady shoes. Color makes a huge difference on this style. I like them because they are comfortable for work, but have a boost with the heel.

Size and comfort great, especially with my problematic feet and a couple of surgeries. Zappos sent wrong size and then wrong color but I’m keeping them. They still have great customer service!

These are extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the padding under the ball of the foot. Unfortunately, they were 1/2 to 1 size too long. The width was perfect. I will be trying them in a smaller size.

Very cute, very good arch support! Painful (for me) after standing for a while, I ordered a wide to see if that helps. Less expensive and more supportive version of everlanes day heel.

Love the block heel and the suede. Color was true to the photo. I'm normally between an 8.5W and a 9W so I ordered the 8.5W based on other reviewer feedback and it still feels slightly large, so I just ordered the 8W to see if it's any better. I'll be keeping whichever fits best, so in anycase, I feel like the shoe is a keeper. A great alternative to basic flats or boots when running around town or at work.

I like the look of the shoes. Haven’t had an opportunity to wear them yet. I’m waiting for my hip replacement to feel more natural before wearing the shoes. The shoes are my reward to keep up with my physical therapy. Zappos keeps sending me emails to write a review before I’ve had a chance to wear them and give an honest review of the comfort. They look nice and the fit feels true to size.

Good looking shoes, though a little wider than I thought they would be. I have a narrow heel and these just slip off my foot. Likewise as a nude color I find my skin tone is more pink. Reading reviews on nude toned shoes I see people have the opposite problem as they are finding many brands to be TOO pink. LOL I will keep searching.

I bought 8 pairs of black pumps to attempt to find cute/comfortable shoes to wear with my suit for an interview and these were the winners. While not perfect, they were the most comfortable of the options I ordered. The block heel felt sturdy and the height wasn't too bad. By the end of the day, they were rubbing the inside of my feet by my arch and it felt amazing to take them off, but they did not smash my toes like so many other pumps do and my heel didn't slide, so overall a decent shoe to wear when I occasionally need to look fancy.

I so wanted these pumps to work for me, but unfortunately they pushed my foot forward too far. They are beautiful for a comfort style, soft, and maybe my feet are too narrow, but sadly I returned them. I don’t want to have to insert something into shoes I pay this much for,just to make them work.

I ordered these beauties in red- hot sauce suede. I am usually a 8m or 8.5m, and the 8m fits great. These are my third pair of Naturalizer 'whitney' pumps. They are relatively comfortable for heels. The block heel makes them very stable. I feel like a million bucks in these. I took off one star because I suspect these may have been returned; the inner packaging material was missing and they were rolling around in the box unprotected.

Really liked this show, but very uncomfortable.
