Super comfy inside. I ordered a 9.5 even though I'm a 10 based on reviews, that was correct. My problem was they pinched on the side of the toe area. Might have exchanged for a 10 but then I think they'd be too large. Really nice looking shoe though.

I bought a 10 because of the reviews saying the shoe runs large. I can be a 10.5 and I ordered a Wide because I have bunions. The shoe felt wide enough and was slightly large, but I was still able to wear it. Overall fairly comfortable. the edge didn't hit on my bunion (only slightly) like most pumps. I am not able to wear pumps due to this problem, so I was satisfied with the fit and comfort. The wide heel was more comfortable than a spike.

I’m liking these heels! The heel is a little taller than I usually like, but the block style helps with stability. Overall a great and well fitting shoe.

A very nice, classy shoe. I had to order a half-size smaller because they ran a little big.

Absolutely loved this shoe, however it was too small and too wide. I wear 7 1/2 N in Naturalizer shoes, but apparently this shoe is different. Loved the chunky heel. Had to return, so sad.

Not much support in the ball of the foot or the arch. This is the second pair of dress shoes that I order from Zappos and the packaging to hold shoe shape - tissue jammed in the toe box and the wood stick that goes to heel area - I swear have stretched the shoe to a whole size bigger, length wise. Get rid of the wood stick, please! Will reorder in a smaller size and hope an insert helps with support.

These shoes look very nice with pants as well as with a dress. I wore these to work and was able to wear them the entire day. I have not had much luck in finding a pump that was comfortable but these fit the bill!

Classy looking pump. Heel just right to give some height but can wear to work all day. The shoe does run long. I typically wear 8N or 8.5N. 7.5N was a little too long but 7N was a little too short. Kept 7.5N and added insert to front of shoe. The heel does run narrower than the toe. I have a narrow heel so was excited about that! Thanks Zappos for always having narrow options to try and free returns when they don’t work!

Super comfortable support but unfortunately the side hits the bottom of my heel bone so they have to go back.

It is a nice, well made shoe. However, they just do not work for me. I really wear a size 11.5, which is hard to find. I tried the 11 in this shoe and they were snug so I returned them in exchange for a 12. The 12 flopped on my feet and really hurt an area of my toe where I had foot surgery years ago. It is so hard for me to find comfortable, stylish shoes that are not too high. I love heels, but not really anything over 2.5 inches because I am just too tall.

I ordered this shoe in my normal size 10. I was swimming in it, so I ordered a half size down, but found that to be too small. Finally, I tried 9.5 wide, and that was also too large. Wish I could've landed on a combination of size/width to keep this shoe. It's a classic style with a comfortable, chunky heel. If you can find a size that works for you, you'll love it!

I purchased a 5M which has always fit well. However, they were a bit tight in the toe area so in lieu of a 5W which is not available..I purchased a 5 1/2M. Too long! Aw, well. Beautiful shoe but I had to return.

Naturalizer’s Whitney in Tender Taupe Leather is a beautiful shoe. It’s a perfect color with a perfect height on the block heel. Like other reviewers mentioned, the shoe length is fine, but for me the medium width was too tight in the toe box. Currently, a 10½ wide is not in stock. Once it is available I am going to order the wide and give it a try; the medium went back.

Super comfortable but felt a little “clunky” when I was walking in them, so I returned for “Gloria” same Brand.

Very nice pump. Perfect color , but ran wider than normal. I have a very high arch, probably be okay if you did not have the arch issue and need lots of arch support.

I usually wear a 9 medium. I ordered an 8.5 and they were still too big. Also, I have high arches and you could see the top of my arch above the actual sides of the shoe. I've never had that happen before so that may have been due to the size issue. The footbed appeared to be super soft and the color was spot on light taupe. Sadly, sending these back due to fit issues.

Nice shoe although my husbands doesn't like the chunker heel. I think it looks fine with a dress or skirt but I really like how it looks with a pair of dressier pants. I normally wear a size 10.5 but in some shoes I need to go up to an 11 in others, more rarely, down to a 10. In this shoe I had to go to the 10. Plenty of toe room and decent arch.

I love the style of these shoes! The block heels are back in style which is nice because they are more stable and comfortable. I wear size 8.5WW so I ordered these in 8.5W as they do not have double wides. I really liked the quality, look and feel of this shoe. The 8.5 was long enough and mostly wide enough. I returned them because I knew after wearing them on carpet for a few minutes that there wasn't enough padding at the ball of the foot for me. I work in hotels and am moving often and I know they would not work for 10+ hour work days. They are super cute though.

Absolutely beautiful shoe!! I wear a 9N and this shoe was a tad long and too wide, especially in the heel. My heels slipped while walking. I have found that most shoe manufacturers may get the shoe narrow but they forget the heels also needs to be narrow. For me the shoe could have used more foot padding. I would have LOVED to keep this gorgeous shoe!

Wide not wide enough, medium too long. I can wear anywhere from 9.5W to 10M or 10W depending on the shoe and manufacturer. In European 41 or 41.5 usually work well. I have a narrow heel, but I need a B/C-width in the toe box. The 10M felt great in the front but was too long - at least an inch gap in the back. A 9.5M or W was too tight, so I then tried the 9.5WW, a 39.5 European, according to the box, which felt OK, at least no slippage in the back and gave my toes some room. But even with the 9.5WW the top of the toe box was too tight and in walking, unless I inserted a gel pad underneath, made it feel like ligaments in my foot were squished. This, an extra wide! As far as styling, the shoe is constructed well and the block heel itself offers good balance and support in the back. The leather is not too stiff but isn't overly soft, either. The insole has a nice suede-like cloth material inside and has some padding underneath. The shoe could be worn with stockings or bare feet. It's a nice looking closed-toe shoe. I was just disappointed with the odd sizing that likely led to the discomfort issues for me, personally. If you can make it work, go for it. They are good work shoes that go with skirt suits and pants suits. Unfortunately, at the end, this style wasn't for me.

The navy blue is really pretty and very rich looking. I am normally a five-and-a-half and need to drop down to a five. Hopefully that will fit.

Nice looking but sooo uncomfortable. My 10 W (usual size) felt small and tight. Back they go.

These are comfortable, sturdy, and a beautiful color. However, with bunions the top of the shoe regardless of width cuts.
