These felt the best. Comfortable and stylish

I usually wear a L8 or European 39. This shoe seems too long.

I thought these were very cute and comfortable, so I am giving them a five. If I needed super casual shoes, I would have kept them for sure. As it stands, I opted for Naot Brussels only because I wanted something just a bit more dressy for a trip to the Netherlands. Although I bought them locally and cannot therefore create a Zappos review for that shoe, wanted to comment in case you are also comparing (because I love Zappos and want to help). Although Naot Brussels only has three stars, I walked for miles (interchanging with a more casual Naot), and Brussles did not disappoint. It looked more feminine with dressier skirts. I did put a piece of medical tape on my foot in one area that was getting a little red, but that's it. Love the lighter colors they are offering!

The gray color is very pretty. These sandals are comfortable from the start. I love them

These are very comfortable shoes! I would not give 5 stars to many shoes. There is nothing wrong with my feet, but I am almost always uncomfortable/dissatisfied in some way. Not with these Naots. I will probably buy another pair in a different color now that I have the black. They cradle my feet. Happy purchaser.

So cute, loved the grey color. Unfortunately the leather was a little too stiff to be comfortable so I returned.

Very pleased with the style, quality and comfort of this shoe.

I wanted them to work, they were what I was looking for--casual, looked like they were sturdy and could hold up to light hiking when called upon. Unfortunately they didn't fit snugly to my feet. For the price, they had to go back.

The footbed is comfortable and supportive without feeling soft. True to size. It would be a 5 star except for the elastic inserts on both straps. There is a rub where the leather straps meet the elastic. Too bad I had to return.

I felt the shoe should be a little wider, plus they are really plain looking. They didn't do anything for me. I am returning them, and will try a few more Naot styles.

I’m returning them sadly because the heel strap isn’t adjustable. It pushes my foot forward about 1/2 size so my toes curl over the front of the shoe. Darn.

My feet are just a little bit too low volume for these sandals. My toes hung over the end too much although the length was TTS. Appeared well made, beautiful leather, just didn’t work for me.

Very well made shoes. The leather was soft, with extra padding in all the places that might rub sensative feet. I found another pair that better fit the shape of my feet and returned these.

I liked the shoe, but the strap near the toe rubbed my feet, and I would have liked more arch support.

These are beautiful shoes and they fit perfectly. However, when I walk in them one of the straps bothers me a little and I'm afraid after walking a lot they might bother me a lot. I didn't want to take the chance, especially since I tried the Emily style and it was perfect.

High hopes for this lovely leather sandal, but it was too narrow for even my somewhat narrow foot. I'm still looking for a leather Naot leather sandal that would be good for walking. No luck so far!

The strap around the heel was too big, not touching my foot. The foot was comfortable otherwise. Selected this sandal hoping to fit my narrow foot and was disappointed to have to return

The color is nice for summer and the leather is smooth and supple.These may be too short or too wide for me. Even when the velcroed straps are adjusted snugly, the toes on my left foot hit the edge of the sandal, even beyond the stitching.

I have a narrow, low volume foot with high arches and have a really hard time finding shoes to fit, much less sandals. The Enid really is narrow! I have a 8.5 AA foot and the 39 fit really well. A teensy bit shorter than I would have liked, but the 40 was too long and didn't fit my arch as well. The Navy Velvet Blue is a really great color, sort of a blue jeans blue, rather than the cobalt blue in the photo. And not velvety. More like nubuck. I haven't worn them much, but I like the fact that I can use my own shoe insert if I need to.

I'm saying true to size and true to width, but in fact need to return these for being a little too short or narrow in the footbed to accommodate my little toes in a relaxed, not-squeezed manner. Normally a Naot 35 fits me perfectly, but not these. Same problem I had with Kayla. If you're comparing Kayla and Enid, Kayla's narrower straps give her a more refined look. Other potential issues with Enid: it's great that the straps across the top can be adjusted both with velcro (toe strap) and inset elastic bands to allow for even more give. The downside of this is more cut/sewn edges to rub against your foot--just trying these on, the warning bells clanged. The strap around the heel has an extra piece with a bit of padding for comfort, but that's also another edge with rubbing wrong potential. I think Kayla is more beautiful, but Enid is also a good-looking shoe, with more support from the wider straps. Returning these with regret, wished they had worked, but a little less regret than I had returning Kayla, because of all the cut/sewn edges in these.

I really wanted these to work, loved the smoky color and the adjustable straps. The left shoe fit perfectly but the right rubbed my foot near where a bunion would be if I had one- I don’t. The right shoe was also short feeling making me think my toes would be irritated easily. I have other Naots and always find them comfy, so I was surprised.

I like these shoes and almost kept them. I wear 9.5 US size and ordered these in 41. The length would have been fine but the heel strap felt too short and pulled my foot forward, which made it tight and uncomfortable. The strap is too far forward for my foot and even though it has elastic, my foot constantly slipped forward when walking and my toes went over the front edge and left about 1/2" too much space in the footbed at the heel. My other older Naots simply have a full leather strap around the heel (no elastic) and fit fine. I'll just have to find a store with a wider selection of Naots and try them on. Online shopping for shoes doesn't always work.
