Beautiful shoe, too tight to slip on.

This shoe was pretty cute, but it looked kind of funky around the ankle strap. As far as fit goes, they had a funny shape, so that my first two toes were pointing out, like angled toward the pinkie toe of the same foot. I don't know why a few shoe styles do this. It's like the foot bed isn't shaped right. I would just chalk it up to my funky feet, but I try on a LOT of shoes (thank you, Zappos!) , and it's only every once in awhile that a pair of shoes does this. To top it off, they're way too narrow. I'm not sure why a comfort shoe isn't made wider, or at least offered in wide sizes. Especially for this kind of money.

Footbed is super comfy, and the style is cute. But the front tab above the strap was cutting into my leg. Maybe it would soften with wear, but for $170 I don't want to take that chance. Have to return. :(

These shoes are well made and very comfy. However, they ended up looking like big Frankenstein shoes on me - not the look I was going for. I think it's because I have skinny little chicken legs - these looked really klunky on me. Other concern is that they seemed like they could make your feet pretty hot - the leather seems to be lined and my feet got very warm while I had them on.

Just got these and the jury is still out. Not sure why they get such high marks for comfort...? The leather across the toes saws into my toes with each step. They are very tight across the toes and it's a relief to take them off. I don't think I can size up since the footbed is already plenty long. I do not have a wide foot, either. Also not easy to put on. I usually like a sandal I can slip into easily, or at least only need one hand to secure. These take two hands and I need to sit down to struggle them on. I will keep wearing them around the house for a few days to see if they loosen up, but if not they need to go back. Too bad since I do really like the look.

My heel was rolling onto base of shoe after 5 minutes, stitching was cutting into heel.

I love the look of this shoe but I knew right away that where the material hit the toe would become increasingly more uncomfortable, and the ankle strap felt very restrictive and uncomfortable as well. They would need a real good breaking in. Too bad, because it's a really cool-looking shoe. Returned without hesitation.

Soft leather and comfortable sole but the shoe was too tight across the arch of my foot. Buckle was bulky and ill conceived.

It is a very well-made, comfy shoe but it’s too chunky looking on my foot. Not the look I was going for.

This is a beautiful shoe and truly felt handcrafted. However, I wear a size 11 (42) and could not even get the shoe on because it was so narrow. I checked both the shoe and the box to see if I was accidentally sent a Narrow size, but it seems the shoe runs extremely narrow. I'm sadly sending these back. Maybe this was just a defect in the particular shoe that I was sent....as these do appear to be handcrafted.

These are super cute but unfortunately they hurt my toes in the open toe area. I have medium width feet and these just hurt too much when walking. Bummer.

I really want to love these shoes - BUT - I can't make up my mind if they fit or not. I love the style and look, but when I put them on my arthritic feet - well....I guess I just have to walk around the house a bit to see if they stay or go.

Cute design but it's too big for my petite (size 8) feet, and the back strap will irritate my feet pretty soon. Sorry these didn't work out! Will be looking for another pair of Naots.

After all of the glowing reviews I was excited to try these. It seems, they are better for people with narrower feet. I'm a widish 6.5 B, and these were too snug for me. I think the 36 was the correct length for the footbed (36s usually are the right size for me), but the arch jabbed into my instep and everything felt tight. Perhaps I should try a 37. The other issue is that the color of the leather (tan) was quite different between the right and the left shoe. Back they go.

They're just not pretty. They remind me of what Rey would wear on Tatooie.

I loved these but the were so narrow I could barely get my foot in them and I do not have wide feet. I had to return them.

For me this shoe is most uncomfortable. I had a hard time even trying to wear around the house to see if I liked the style. Returned immediately.

Unfortunately the style would dig into my toes as I walked. Otherwise, very comfortable, but sending them back.

I returned these for two reasons , I didn’t like the way the leather felt and though I have a medium width foot I found these impossible to get on...I have a high instep so that may have been the problem. They also just seem like too much shoe design wise.

I have small feet, but these are supposed to be a size 4. They were too big. There is also something weird about the part that goes around the ankle. Maybe it's too high. I was also disappointed that Velcro is visible around the ankle.

Do not purchase if you do not want to continually invert your ankles!!! I have attempted to wear these shoes twice (twice--because they are comfortable and cute, and because I am an IDIOT) and have fallen twice because the sole is narrower than the foot bed. I hope I can still return them!

They were a little too bulky so I sent them back. I needed stylishwalking shoes for my trip and they just didn’t look right.

These were a big disappointment right after I put them on. First, they felt a half size bigger then marked and than I usually wear. They did fit my narrow feet though which would not be good for someone with a normal width foot. The place where the upper part is stitched onto the foot bed was sticking up more on the left shoe and I KNOW it would have given me a blister. I expected more from this company. The style is cute and idea is great. More thought ought to have been put in to where the seam were placed. For this price, I expect near perfect sandal and these are not. Long, narrow and off-putting stitching placed where blisters will form. Back they go. One additional thing--the arch supirt was way too much for me. I have normal arches and i would have gotten blisters on my arch these were so high. I am disappointed on so many levels with this sandal.

First off, this would have been my 5th pair of Naot shoes but they had to go back. The front upper was too high and rubbed on my ankle. Over all they just weren’t comfortable and I imagine any walking would become very sore. I love all my others and still highly recommend other Naot products. They are a bit pricey but my others have been awesome.

The toe was too narrow, and they were too long. Otherwise, beautiful style.
