Initially I liked these sandals, they felt great when I first put them on although I was a bit apprehensive about the different style. I wore them around the house for a while and realized that the seam at the top of the toe where the two pieces of leather are joined rubbed against the top of my second toe. I knew they would end up causing a blister there. I also realized that these don't have the typical Naot footbed like most of their sandals have. It's an insert that fits inside the shoe very similar to an Alegria insole. Unfortunately I will have to return them.

In pictures I loved this look. On me, not so much. Cute but compared to Other ankle-strap sandals I have, these made my legs look stubby. The price point means I gotta LOVE em to keep em. However, I’m new to NAOT and the footbed was scrumptious! So much more comfy than my Birks, which I’ve always considered to be quite comfy. While these went back, I’m looking at other NAOT styles so I can walk on little supportive clouds of happiness soon!

the bottom and arch support are great, but the top of the shoe cuts into the top of my big toe, so, sadly, it had to go back.

Let me start by saying the customer service at Zappos is 5 stars with a happy face emoji! I normal don't write reviews but with the service I received, I couldn't say no when asked. Now to the shoes. I was attracted to the style the moment I saw them. I ordered my usual size 8 (38 euro) and they were less than a half size too tight in the arch so I ordered them in a 9 (39 euro). To me, they make my feet look a little chunckie but they are comfortable and worth keeping. They used quality material, the strap has a Velcro closure for easy access and the heal height is perfect for long walks and being on my feet for extended periods of time.

Unfortunately I had to return this show because the ankle straps rubbed on the front of my foot. It was very comfortable otherwise.

Very cute, flattering and stylish but not the shoe for me. Seemed too bulky and my foot felt incased in a lot of material. Seems like it would take some breaking in

Thought they are really cute, but for me they are a little too heavy. I have at least 8 pair of Naot. Really wanted to keep them, sent back and reordered another style in Naot. A great in look!

Great looking shoe. My problem was the arch support. It felt as if I had a golf ball under my foot.

Loved the appearance and footbed. It fit snug on my foot, I know it would not shift around while I walked. Unfortunately, when I walked, the shoe rubbed the top of my big toe. It would have hurt after a while. Had to return.

Lovely style for summer. Unfortunately, the tall strap hits at the point where walking would create a scratching feeling on my feet. It is also very roomy in width, my feet slide around when walking. Sadly it has to go back.

Cute online but not on my feet. I'm planning to send these back. Love the free shipping and returns.

Love this funky urban looking sandal. The fit is good, offering great support. The only two problems I had with them is I have have really long toes, so the fit is perfect in the front, but the back was too long. Blame it on my weird anatomy. Also the front edge of the sandal rubs a bit. Have received many compliments.

These are very comfortable. Love the fashionable aspect of a comfort shoe!

These pair of shoes are slightly larger than other Naot styles. The color has far less pink in it and is much closer to putty. I'm returning because the color is too similar to another pair I already own.

These sandals are super comfortable... sneaker-level comfortable. The problem that I had was how bulky they looked on me. The look was just not cute.

Oh no, Velcro! I would keep these but for the Velcro that gets too grungy for me overtime. Love love love Naots so do not be dissuaded if you’re interested in these; I’m sure they’re great in all other respects.

while the fit was pretty ok for my narrow foot, I found that the style is just not that flattering to my foot. This I finally decided after order more than several pair in different sizes and colors. It's probably due to the ankle strap which, while comfortable, just adds too much bulk and visually cuts off the leg. They are also a bit too warm for a sandal. So disappointing, as I obviously wanted to love them.

Too narrow for my wide feet. If I’d ordered a size larger, they would have been too long. I didn’t find the style very flattering. Felt they made my ankles look large.

Ummm I just can’t. I tried these first in the light tan color. Just too clunky made my foot look ginormous. And I’m a 7.5!! Thought well, it’s the color. So I tried the black. Now they are just black and clunky. If you gave s large foot this may or may not be problematic. Wish they did not make my smallish foot look so wide. But styling aside, really nice feeling arch support, a solid and supportive footbed. For ppl with real foot challenges (i don’t have) these would be a good (although really expensive) option. In terms of support they are thoughtfully well made. Could see them being quite durable, lasting a long time (if I kept) Wish they were not so clunky. Guess my still a little vain 52 yr old foot isn’t ready for full blast orthotic look. For me, luckily I don’t have problem feet so Ill keep looking for similar comfort and a bit more style w other brands. :(

SO comfortable and cushioned but the front hit right where my toes bend when walking. Two steps and I knew no matter how wonderful the soles of my feet felt, it wouldn't take long to wear a blister across my toes. Looking for an addition to the Jambu sandals and Dansko heels i wear while working events. Unfortunately, these don't work for me.

Look nice, wanted to love them but the sole is hard. For the price I would expect more comfort and long wearability. After barely 2 hours I couldn't stand them any more.

I love the look of these shoes. It was the perfect olive color I wanted. However I had to send them back because they rubbed against the top of my toes where the fabric comes across. Plus where the shoe hits my ankle to buckle it (actually Velcro) was uncomfortable. I ended up getting a different Zappos’ shoe from Lucky Brand.

I ordered these by accident (meant to order a similar but different Naot sandal), but I would have kept them if they had fit. I generally wear a 39 in European-sized shoes, including Naot's, but 39 seemed a little small. Also these had the same issue I had with another Naot sandal having a bit of a leather ridge around the back - the outer side of the back of my foot chafes against the ridge. I might try a 40, but guessing they will be too big.

I liked this shoe but the ankle strap rubbed and the overall look was too clunky on my small feet (size 4 was a bit too big in these shoes). They do not seem as comfortable as some of the other Naots I have. The navy blue looked nicer online than on my foot.
