I absolutely love the style, comfort and support. I bought these in the 40 and 41. I usually wear a 9.5 but due to a recent MS diagnosis and hammer toe corrective surgery that is now returning.. I have orthotics that I wear and was going to wear with these but the Naot were not deep enuf. Never mind. I put this on and was in heaven. I walked all around San Diego no socks

LOVE these shoes! I have problem feet and little fashion flats are not an option for me. But, this cute little shoe looks wonderful with straight leg pants and makes me feel like I have fashionable shoes on. Comfortable right out of the box. Like the closed in heel, nice support for my ankle. I sometimes have trouble with NAOT shoes running small for me,, but these run very true to size.

Had ordered these in an 39 (8) but were too big. I just received my order in size 38 (7) today and I love them. The leather is so soft on these shoes. There is no need to "break them in". I'm glad I decided to order them in a black before they get sold out. I also love that the insoles come out and you can replace with your custom orthotics. I love Zappos free Shipping and free Returns. They have been wonderful! I will be a loyal customer. Karen

A little long but narrow. the side part of shoe hits my foot in the wrong place, painful on callous on side foot. Sorry--They're really different!

Leather was stiff.

I’m a big Naot fan and was hoping these shoes would work for me. Unfortunately they were not wide enough and cut into my small toe. (My feet are on the wider side but not so wide that I wear a wide size)

inside the right side of the right shoe there is a seam that rubs my foot I've tried to wear them but it just hurts too much

The fit is not consistent among the colors. I’ve ordered these shoes in black and a tan color. The black was more narrow on the toe area of the foot. They will cause blisters if I wear for long periods of time. The tan color was wider and definitely more comfortable for longer periods of time.

Cute but just not what I was looking for at this time.

The Naot Kata shoes are very attractive, the fit was good, and they are comfortable. I just felt that, unfortunately, I couldn’t pull off this style at my age.

My error. I chose the wrong size. The correct size is "39." I will return these. I am rating this shoe based on the other 3 pairs that I purchased .i

These were a little snug - more than I wanted - so I returned them. Some of the Naot "40" shoes on the "Koru" footbed are not really 9 - 9-1/2, but more like 8-1/2 to 9. I found these on the skimpy size but I have a higher volume foot. The style is really nice.

An attractive, well-made jacket, but runs small. I will need to exchange.

I wanted to love this very cute shoe. Sadly, there was not quite enough room for my toes in the 40, which would be my usual size.

These are so cute, but the leather is stiff and rubs the back of my ankle. The footbed isn’t very comfortable on my foot either, so I’m sending them back

These shoes are really cute. They just didn't fit me well overall. Too loose in the ankle even with it tied tightly and loose in the middle. Oh well.

I really liked these shoes except for the tie part around my ankle. When I tried to walk in them, it felt like that part was cutting into my leg. Otherwise, I think they would have worked. Sorry to have to send these back.

sHOE WAS AS EXPECTED. MADE MY FOOT LOOK VERY CLUNKY - FAT AND WIDE

I'm a big fan of Naot for many years. Wanted a new rather dressy shoe and was very happy to find this one. They are less comfortable than some others. On my left foot, the side for the front pushes uncomfortably into the side of my foot. And the ankle straps press into my Achilles tendons. Hoping they soften with age because I really like their looks.

These were adorable -- and the fit was true to size. Because I have hallux rigidus in both big toes, I need a sole that is less flexible, and ideally more of a "rocker" style - these did give a bit too much for me. They are cute and different and I would have loved to keep them - but sadly, had to return.

These are beautiful shoes, very stylish and comfortable. However, I sent them back because the left shoe was a full size smaller than the right. I had not noticed this until the middle of the day when my left foot began to hurt. Further investigation revealed the shoe-size differential. I have since returned them and have been credited, and just now re-ordered them. While wearing them, I received lots of positive comments. Soon, I will have the correct size for both feet, and I expect both feet to be happy and stylish!

Super cute shoe! Soft material, some arch support, and easily could be dressed up or down to wear with anything. I am bummed that I'll have to send them back, though, because where the front part of the shoe starts is right across that last bone on the outside of my foot and it digs into it with that harder starting edge, DARN! If that bigger seam wasn't there or if the material was a lot softer it may have worked out. Glad ZAPPOS makes it easy to try these cute styles with no risk in returns - plus it's simple AND free!

Excellent for my wide, thick feet with bunions. They did not rub and had ample wiggle room in the toe box. By far one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have tried on. My feet felt like they were surrounded by pillows. I loved the unique style and color. Unfortunately though,I had to return them. I really wanted these to work, but just having them on for 10 minutes made my plantar fasciitis flair up. Seriously, I didn’t even walk in them, I just put them on and while seated had a flair up. I cannot wear flat shoes because of my plantar fasciitis, but gave these a try because it looked like there was good arch support and slight elevation of the heel. Quite the contrary. The heel actually feels to be lower than the toes, which made this shoe feel even ‘flatter’ than ballerina flats. Only for this reason did they not work for me. If you don’t have a problem with plantar fasciitis, I would highly recommend these stylish shoes.

Loved these except for the laces. Dug into my ankles.
