Perfect jacket for me. I coach soccer, keeps me perfectly dry and warm on open fields for 8+hrs in the pouring rain with winds, so much so, that most of the other coaches have gone and purchased one. Very lite weight and breathable and keeps you feeling fresh and not sticky. Dries very quickly and fits perfectly. For the price it's and absolute steal - go and buy one! Thanks to the North Face team for amazing customer service as usual and your awesome products!

This is a great rain jacket. It's waterproof, breathable and looks great. It stows easily for travel as well.

This is the second Venture jacket I have owned and I love it. It is a perfect everyday rain jacket. I am 5'7" and 160 pounds and the Med fits me perfect. I use it as an everyday rain shell and take it hiking and traveling with me. I have worn it over my Thermoball as an outer layer in the snow and in heavy rain in Maui and it worked great in both conditions. My only complaint is that the velcro closures on the wrists seem to come undone easily. On the older version of this jacket I had the velcro was wider and the velcro held much better. But overall I still really like this jacket.

for hiking, and daily use walking to class on rainy days

I bought this for my husband after previously buying the same jacket for me. It is extremely light weight and breathable which is great for wearing in tropical environments. The weight is also great for traveling - it's easy to pack or carry. His regular raincoat was nice, but heavy and got hot really fast. He admired mine so I bought him one and he loves it. (We actually now have 2 each, one for the states and one for Grenada.)

I love this jacket for keeping dry in the rain. I am hot natured and needed a jacket to go over my clothes that wasn't a winter coat. This jacket is perfect and I look forward to getting a new winter coat through North Face soon.

This product is great. Not heavy at all. I love that it is rainproof and keeps me dry. I use it pretty much everywhere I go when it is cold, windy, and raining. Im a golfer and it does not restrict my swing at all. I would recommend this jacket to all golfers.

This is a great quality jacket. The fabric is thicker than I expected, but still very light weigh. It is uninsulated, but has plenty of room for any layers you may have on. Great all around windbreaker and rain jacket

I originally got the 3xl, but even with a hoodie underneath the jacket, it was too big.The 2xl was a great fit for a bigger guy like myself, and can comfortably wear this jacket with a hoodie, or a long sleeve shirt underneath. It's great for rainy weather, which is the whole reason I bought it.

It's snowing like crazy where I live. And the venture jacket help a lot with the cold weather

I love this jacket it was a gift for my bf but he loved it the minute he opened it! I got him a bit bigger size to layer and he loves it. He looks so stylish ;). I want one for myself! The heather grey matches my backpack so nicely! I hope this is in women's too! Overall it's worth it and this style is actually bit thicker than the simple cheaper NF rain jacket.

I've pressure cleaned in this jacket for about 18 months. I'm constantly getting it covered in all kinds of mud, dirt, mildew, and various chemicals we clean with. In cold weather its vital I stay dry. This absolutely does the trick. I can normally clean in a t shirt or a pair of jeans about 5 times before the shirt is completely disintegrated and my jeans are are getting pretty holey. Like I said, I've been cleaning in this jacket for several months and it is still structurally sound!

Excellent rain jacket. This is my second one as my oldest permanently "borrowed" my other one when he returned back to college during Christmas break. Jacket is well made with quality materials. If I had to critical I would like to see one more internal chest pocket for cell phone ect, but that is just my personal preference and the current pockets are more than adequate and fuction well. Over all this jacket is an outstanding rain coat that is hard to beat. Get one you won't regret it.
