Really good

Great jacket. Very reliable in the wet and/or windy weather. If you choose to wear in the winter months just make sure you wear a hoodie or something warm underneath as there's no lining inside the jacket. Nevertheless, great buy, great price, and a great fit. #LoveMyTheNorthFace :-)

I really wanted a jacket that is not only perfect for any regular day, but good for an everyday morning run!

Bought for a Spring trip to Ireland. Excited to have water resistant along with breath-ability with the zippers in the arm pits. Bonus that it fits into it's own pouch.

I live in Chicago and this coat is now my favorite go to casual item to wear.

Excellent Jacket. It's so simple, it does exactly what it's made to do. I own the Venture I jacket, not the II, so this version may be updated, however mine is a couple years old now, and I've re-applied the water shedding coating only once. Sheds water very well, and I have endured many torrential downpours with this jacket, and continue to stay dry. The jacket is not warm. It's just a shell, it's not meant to be. Pair with a breathable warmth layer, and you can endure any weather. Being a waterproof shell, it breathes very poorly. The armpit vents work very well to allow breathability, but to maintain it's water/wind proof protection that's it. This is not a con, but instead a byproduct of its intended purpose. Wind proof also. I would buy this again and again. Fit's very very well and true to size. I wear a medium in everything. I can choose to wear this with only a t-shirt and still looks flattering, but I can choose to wear a heavyweight sweatshirt underneath, and plenty of room and flexibility. If you plan to be sweating, the jacket will be moist from condensation on the inside, so expect this. The jacket also is very durable. It's been through many forests, rocky scrambles, and everything in-between, and not a single rip or tear. It'll tear if a sharp rock catches it, but I've been good to avoid it. The shell accepts aftermarket rain proofing coating very well, also. Kudos, North Face.

I love this jacket! It fits perfect and is extremely comfortable and lightweight but also very good quality and keeps me super dry. This is exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend for someone who wants a great high quality lightweight rain jacket that can be used in various seasons.

The new design is improved. No more mesh pocket that would get keys stuck. This is my go-to shell in the wet or cold.

Great for casual/ workout gear

This product is definitely a must have. Being a college student on a budget, I am always looking for products that will last long, stay in style, and are useful. This jacket is all of that! It was also super nice with the student discount, knowing that they have this discount and actually made me trust the product so much. I can't to wear it everyday during the rainstorms in Florida!

Great packable travel jacket. Works well for travel adventures when you need a jacket in your bag to use during unexpected rain!
