I live in Oklahoma and this jacket is the one I use the most. Great for spring and summer rainy days, and with a hoodie underneath it is great on cold winter days too. This jacket is worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an all around do everything jacket.

I am a mountain biker. I needed a windproof jacket to cut the icy winds I encounter during winter rides. One that had zips in the right places, fit right during riding, a hood that could go over my helmet and didn't break the bank! I tried half a dozen other products, almost all from big name manufacturers. All of them paled in comparison to my North Face Venture 2 jacket! Properly layered, I can ride comfortably in temps down into the low 30's. It blocks the wind better than any jacket I've ever worn. And it was half the price of several of its lesser quality competitors. North Face is still the king of outdoor wear!!!

Funnily enough, at 30 years old, I've never formally owned a rain jacket/windbreaker! The North Face being a brand I trust, I thought I'd try this jacket, and holy guacamole, I absolutely love it. Maybe I'm giving it too much hype, but it's comfortable and does the job so well. A happy customer indeed!
