My partner and I got this jacket in Vancouver, Canada. We are bike touring from Alaska to Ushuaia, and the first jackets we had were not really waterproof at all. When we got this jacket we quickly put them to test cycling along the Pacific coast, Washington, Oregon and California, during autumn and winter and couldn't be happier with their waterproof and bit of windproof properties. As cyclists the only thing we would consider to be improved is the sleeves to have better adjustment.

I use this for landscaping out in the rain. Keeps me dry, while ventilating, and holds my body temperature regulated.

Great jacket for travel. Enough room to layer underneath if it's cold outside.

Used for hiking. Very comfortable

Not exactly as soft as I thought

I purchased the jacket mainly for boating season when it gets drizzly and cold.

Using as a top later waterproof shell. Was very worried about the fit as I have a more slim, swimmers body but the fit is perfect. My only criticism is the design of the hood. If there is a way to make the design more clean and comfortable, that would be awesome!

I was looking for a rain coat that wasn't boring & ugly. I this jacket checks all the boxes and then some!

This jacket is the perfect jacket! It's windproof so it keeps me warm on most occasions. The way its made makes it easy to layer something underneath if you want it. Its waterproof but does not feel like a trash bag. It feels sturdy.

wear in daily in Pacific Northwest walking in rainy weather or beachcombing

This is a great shell, not a winter jacket, though roomy enough for sweater or vest.I am 5'8" 150lbs and usually find the arm length too long on a medium. This jacket fits great. Dont underestimate the power of underarm ventilation when active! Very pleased with durability!

Very functional and stylish jacket. Extremely waterproof/windproof. Easy to bundle and travel with. Plenty of pockets. Plan on using this for years and years.

This jacket is amazing. I love the color. And it is unmatched in wind resistance and wet weather. Great for mid temp days!

I normally wear a small or medium,but this medium was a little constricting in the shoulders.

I took this on a recent trip to the Italian Alps as well as Venice, Rome, Florence and Milan. It was very compact and functional. The simple style, lack of bulk and relative warmth made it a good fit in Europe.

NorthFace blew me away. I returned for seam repairs my tried and true NorthFace rain jacket and rain pants. They were quick to reply. While the garments were beyond repair, NorthFace gave me sizable gift certificates to replace. That was above and beyond. This sort of customer service has made me a customer of life.

It really is waterproof it's comfortable warm well made I can't think of anything bad to say about it thank you

This is lighter than the Venture 2 Rain jacket I believe ! Perfect for Hawaii where I live ! Love this rain jacket !

Northface make the best product and offer excellent customer service.

I don't usually shop at The North Face, but after my latest purchase I have to reconsider. The jacket was so nice and well made. I was blew away at how innovative and simple the jacket was. Phenomenal.

Great jacket, I appreciate the lightweight of GoreTex and good color. The only thing I wish the jacket had, is an interior jacket.
