I loved these sandals from the moment I put them on. Unfortunately, the center strap that connects the straps that go over my foot slides off center. I wish the center strap was secured better. I've taken two pictures, the first shows where the strap migrates after wearing a few minutes. The second shows where the strap is designed to be on the shoe.

I really wanted a pair of gladiator sandals for the summer so I bought these and the Kork-Ease Palmyra. These were more comfortable by far. They feel like you are walking on pillows! The clincher, however, was the straps. I have bad bunions and they seemed to just break through the smaller straps on the Kork-Ease Palmyra, whereas they are better contained in these sandals. The sandal might feel wide for some, but my feet are wider, too, so it worked well for me. Also, I like the adjustable ankle strap, as I have small ankles. They're a little pricey for sandals, but I think the comfort and quality justifies it.

Great for work or casual outing. Foot has nice padding can walk in them around work or doing errands and they keep my feet comfortable. Have not worn them for long walking outing yet. Width is good, more toward a wide foot than narrow.

Good quality, comfortable, versatile, back-zip sandal. Sits securely on foot once zipped in. Not easy to slip on. I like these.

I wanted a gladiator style sandal. Love, love, love these! Felt like cushioned slippers as soon as I put them on. Originally ordered them in black, but ended up going with the light brown because the black seemed a bit too costumey to me. I can't wait to wear these this summer to work and on walks and everywhere else. The price is worth it--Born is a great quality brand, and these should last at least 10 years.

This is an exceptional sandal! Beautiful Gladiator style, very comfortable and stylish.. No need to size up or down, just order order your true size and they will fit. I ordered up one size from 8 to 9 because I have wide feet, but had to return them and reorder them in size 8. They fit perfectly. I love these in Black, but I also went back and ordered them in the light gold metallic color! Both colors are very pretty!

I love this sandal, it's so soft, cushy and comfortable. I'm usually a 9 but had to exchange for the 8 since this shoe seems to run big. The 8 fit perfectly.

I liked these shoes. They happen to hit a spot on my foot that made them not perfectly comfortable for me personally but they are very cushy and should be comfortable for most people. Very cute. As for the comments regarding the mid strap moving, it does. If I had kept them I would have asked my shoe repair guy to make a stitch and fix that little problem.

These shoes are SO comfortable. I wear a 7.5 and sized down to 7 and they fit great. The sole is soft and feels like a pillow when you have them on. The only issue I have is that the top vertical strap that runs up my foot isn't tied down and tends to slip one way or the other as I walk. It's not annoying enough to send the shoe back, as they are very stylish and extremely comfortable. I might just put a couple stitches in the leather to keep the strap in the middle top of the shoe.

I love these shoes, they are amazingly comfortable. I would literally wear them every day if I could. The leather is soft and supple and the foot bed is super soft. The problem is that the strap down the middle top of the sandal moves back and forth. Never stays in the center. It's so depressing bc it's just getting worse and I can't send the Sandler back now that they've been worn.

I love these sandals. Very comfortable right out of the box. Considering the type of shoe it is, the arch support is far beyond what you get with most flat sandals. The adjustable ankle strap is an added bonus for those of us with slim ankles. Highly recommended!

Super cute sandals but my skinny feet were "swimming" in them. I loved them but the leather was not tight enough around my foot.

I really like these shoes - no break-in period needed as they fit perfectly, the leather is soft and there were no "hot" spots that emerged after I walked in them for a while.

Felt amazing right out of the box. Loved them right away and I'm looking forward to getting in a few wears before summer ends.

this is such a comfortable sandal! I work long shifts so I am very particular about what I have on my feet on the off hours.Born never disappoints!

Comfortable, but less support than I anticipated. Also, comes only in whole sizes so I feel 6 is too small but 7 would be too big- hoping 6 will stretch a bit- I don't ever wear heels so I'm very critical of comfort - overall, ok since I'm keeping them

I bought these shoes to wear with a new dress and they looked awesome together. They are super comfortable and will go with many of my favorite summer outfits. Great Shoes!

Great quality leather, they feel "broken in" right out of the box. Feel like they have more cushion on the insole than most other flat gladiator style shoes.

I returned these because the toe area was not tight enough. I do not have narrow feet, but my foot slipped through the front t bit too much and caused me to have some overhang.

A lil tight around the ankle but i also have thicker ankles

Like other people that were disappointed with the center strap moving, I had the same experience. I'm not one to give up that easy, though. I bring a lot of my shoes and clothes to be altered. I'm a Tj Maxx and Marshalls shopper, so I usually don't mind spending a few extra dollars to customize a garment...but this one hurt because I paid the full price for the sandals here, and then had to spend another $25 to have my shoe guy (cobbler) stitch a line right down the center strap and put a tiny silver rivet at the bottom.

I really like these shoes--very stylish and fairly comfortable, although I suspect they'll need a little break in time. They felt true to size. I did return the first pair as the right shoe made a strange (ahem) "farting" noise from the heel. But the second pair of shoes did not do that.

My absolute favorite sandal. Wore them all day most days on our European trip

LOVE these shoes. I wear them frequently. They are soft as butter and, while the cushioned insole is not as substantial as my sneakers, they are more cushioned than you would normally find in this style shoes. The cushioning is enough to keep my feet from bothering me even during hours of walking, yet it is thin enough to not make the shoes appear bulky. I love the rubber outsole, as well, as it has an impressive amount of traction for a shoe of this style. I wish Born would make more sophisticated/minimal, less "earthy," styles with this level of comfort.
