I order a size 10 and got a size 8 not the size I put on there I was ordering a size 10

I ordered M, but received W.

I ordered on cloudflow sneakers two times, clearly stating that I need width M (medium) and both times they shipped me W (wide)!

I could just about get my foot into these sneakers. They are supposed to fit a wide foot, but that is definitely not the case. At least for me. Also, I would recommend ordering a half size larger than usual.

The toe box very narrow. Not like other ON’s I’ve had. I undid shoe laces . Only laced half way. Not good for walking but fine now for gym.

The pair of shoes that I got were awful. The material on top of the shoe was all wrinkled. One of the shoes had a stain on it. Not comfortable at all!

The fit was too tight on my feet. Seems to be made for more narrow feet.

The quality of these shoes has been gradually declining since I bought my first pair 2-3 years ago. I buy running shoes every six months, and each pair has been slightly cheaper made and worse fitting until this last pair… the sizing isn’t even right anymore. It is really unfortunate because they were such great shoes a few years ago.

I have wide feet and was told by a friend that these are wide. They are not. Felt like slippers. If you don't want to wear shoes I suppose these are great, but if you want some support they have none. I can't believe they charge that much for the sole as the shoe is like a sock.

These are by far the least comfortable shoes I have had especially in this price range. Terrible. No arch support and feel so stiff and uncomfortable.

Gave these shoes one star because they look great. However, if you are a true runner- these shoes are horrible. I don't understand what the hype is... they look cool but performance wise they offer nothing...

I'm actually very disappointed in these shoes as I have had them only for 7 months and they are already squeaking. They aren't cheap and thought I would be able to wear them longer before they started squeaking.

Three times I ordered 6.5 M and three times they sent me 6.5 W. Customer service was completely useless. It was a huge waste of time trying to purchase these shoes from Zappos.

The styling is great, but not a comfortable shoe. I'm a true size 7M, pretty much regardless of brand, but based on previous reviews I ordered a 7W and 7.5W. The length of the 7W was fine, but was still uncomfortable width-wise. Would not recommend.

This is the third time I ordered ON athletic shoes and have been sent the wrong size. I ordered medium width in three orders and all three times I was sent WIDE.

I feel incredibly deceived by the reviews of these shows. They do not feel like walking on clouds, but rather cement. I have tried to break them in and that is why I cannot return them and they are now just a waste of $150. They are nothing like described. They are cute fue sure, but useless. I cannot even wear them to take a walk.

Terrible design! It felt like something was stabbing into my mid-foot area for 13.1 miles. Not true to size and very narrow. Would not recommend.

Nowhere near the support of Brooks Ghost. I ordered wide width and they were still very narrow in the toe box.

I wore these for one day and had terrible back pain.

I do not recommend these shoes. I wore them for one week and have horrible shin splints. I am unable to return now and stuck with an unwearable product.

I played pickleball in these for 2 months a few times a week and they completely fell apart. There was no traction left and a couple areas on the side had holes in them. Horrible quality
