These shoe hurt my feet, I would not wear them for my 12 hour shift. they run small

This is my 3rd time buying shoe from this site and have to give them away because they are very uncomfortable

These shoes felt a solid half size too small. I love my OC’s generally, but this pair was a huge disappointment.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I like the sleek design , not so much foam on bottom . The fit was kinda narrow in toe box. They really look great but very uncomfortable, no cushion and hurt my big toe on top. The tongue was unusually shaped. Sadly they must go back.

I wear a size 7.5 and i got 8w and they are uncomfortable fit very snug

Didn't like these at all. Looked like a bowling shoe. Very stiff and uncomfortable.

I was sent a pair of obviously worn shoes, they weren’t even in the original shoebox…nit even a generic shoebox. I have never had this happen before. Of course I got my money back so that was great.

Awful shoes, quality is the worst I've experienced from On. Very flimsy. I usually wear On Cloud. These shoes feel very weird, especially the left shoe sole. Extreme footpain and some bruising each time I've worn them. Will not be buying another pair.

Really disappointed with this shoe. Looking for something lightweight and athletic for everyday casual/travel. Fit feels good in the short term <2 hours but after a full day my feet hurt. As a result the shoes have very little wear and the interior lining is already breaking down. Rocks easily get stuck in the tread and holes on the side of the shoe.

I wanted these to fit! They’re super cute. Length was fine; however, I have a wide foot. I ordered the wide shoe but it was nowhere near a wide. They’re way tighter in the toe box than any other shoe I’ve bought. The arch hits weird, too. Definitely a bummer.

I ordered these shoes and three months after normal wear, not even running in them, I had a hole in the front of them above my toes. Zappos had excellent customer service and sent me a new pair - but the same thing happened again. I've never had this happen with any other sneakers before, so I suppose the On sneaker material is just too thin for my feet.

I ordered a size 10 shoe. The shoes in the box were 2 different sizes!

These shoes feel like you are walking on rocks! The bottoms of my feet hurt after wearing them otherwise I like the style, fit, and material. I would never purchase these again!

Overall the worst ON sneakers I tried, they are so flat and have zero arch support. Get different ON style!!!

Shoes wearing faster than normal

I love the colors, but they killed my arches. So uncomfortable!!!

This is my 3rd pair of ONs and I think I have to give up on the brand! I noticed my other 2 pairs blew out in ways I’ve never seen in other pairs, but this pair I couldn’t wear more than a few times. They hurt to walk in! I had to end a workout one day because the bottoms of my feet hurt so bad. Really disappointing!

I think you sent me a woman’s shoe as the width is narrower that most regular widths. Very poorly sized, and labeled.

I always wear a size 9, but when I received these sneakers, they were at least a half size too big!
