Shoes make your ankles look fat, so I only wear these at home

So I purchased these after hearing great things about them. And they are very comfortable and look really cute on. Definitely wanted something that was going to be versatile for both cardio as well as strength workouts. Overall they’re good - BUT - 100% dangerous when utilizing a stair master. Because of the grooves in the bottom, they catch the edge of the step. My advice - when utilizing such apparatus in the gym DO NOT WEAR THESE - you are risking getting very hurt.

This is the second time I had these running shoes, the first time I bought them a few years ago from a running store and they were pretty good, light weight and good cushion. I bought them again from Zappos and they're not so good. The heel seems hard, like an oxford, not a smooth cushion throughout the footbed, maybe the manufacturer is making them more cheaply these days, or the design changed to last longer in the heel with a harder/stiffer material? Not a fan anymore.

The shoe is very narrow and was too tight for me.

I ordered the wide width shoes but they are still small and my fingers has blisters.

The heel was narrow and I could feel my heel falling over slightly. Also, I am 6’5 240, and I felt very little of the clouds. Not worth the money.

I like the shoes and normally I can buy a shoe and it will fit my foot but, the insert for the right foot seemed like it was from a left foot shoe. The outside of my right door felt like there was an arch support under it.

Very comfortable right out of the box and very light. Don’t really use them for running, not enough support for that. I use them for everyday use. I’ve owned them less than a year and is wearing down a bit already. I just ordered Cloudrunner shoes because they have them in wide, like these shoes.

I ordered the WIDE version of this shoe and received the standard size instead. After reordering through customer service, I was shipped the standard version AGAIN! That said, I tried on the shoe 90% sure it wasn't wide enough and confirmed it wasn't a wide shoe. Additionally, I was surprised, these shoes just are very cushiony as you would expect from a running shoe (Asics, Brooks, etc). I'm not ordering the wide size for a 3rd time. I'm just returning the shoes for a refund.

Hump in the middle of the shoes. It's like walking on a rocking horse.

I’ve used them for about a month now. Way too achy on the treadmill. They make me want to shorten my gym time. I had a pair of On before these, and they were better, though still not enough comfort. I suppose they must be designed for style first.

I believe cloud's do not make a wide shoe, the box is marked wide but the shoe is narrow and inside the shoe is not marked Wide.

Quite uncomfortable and definitely not for running

This is a shame. Bought these for my husband and they are really narrow shoes. Comfortable if you have narrow feet but I ordered him a wide and it is still a narrow shoe.

Half size large

Like the way they look but if you wear them for long hours thru the day my feet hurt. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Nice shoe but having bunions the wide width could be wider. Toe box should be larger

Black/asphalt. So these are a lot darker than they appeared on screen. Almost all black the lighter grey is not light at all. Fit fine. Just not the color I thought.

The toe area is tight for me, width for the foot is fine but my toes are crowded. These shoes are no lighter than any other shoe I own, no clouds have been walked on so far! lol

The Cloudflow has been the most comfortable of the On series.

I think these shoes are actually a bit overhyped, cheaply made, and not that comfortable. Zappos was great in helping me find a good shoe.

Son said it felt like he was walking on rocks, aside from that they are a nice shoe!

The fit was ok but the shoe did not last at all. The sole started showing wear outs with less than 40 miles on them. I run on road and sidewalks but was not expecting this wear and tear from a $150 shoe. The previous Nike i used lasted my for 5 years. Had to return it for a swift pair.

Very narrow

I bought the white and black style, and returned the first pair as I thought it was damaged as it looked like it had a brown stain on the front of the shoe below the laces. When I received a replacement pair, that same mark was there so it clearly is the design style. Not for me...made the pristine white shoes look worn and dirty before I even put them on. On the plus side, they felt comfortable when I tried them on and true to fit!
