The shoe started making a squeaking noise with each step I took. Noticed it with my other On shoes.

Shoe was comfortable but if you have wide feet be cautious that it may not be wide enough. And the box said wide but the label in the shoe did not. Had to call and verify was the wide and it was just not wide enough.

They are great shoes. They fit nice

You sent a medium, not the wide I ordered. Your customer service resolved the error. He was great help.

Wish they had a wide option but my husband says they’ll work. He says they’re a good looking shoe. I bought these through Zappos because the on-cloud site doesn’t accept Amex ??

Nothing to dislike. I was going to return the cloudflow but my younger brother bought it just after I opened the box. My girlfriend loved hers. She said they are too cute and want to keep them in the box.

Fit and feeling great but there is an elastic strap that goes across the tounge of the shoes that is cut to long on both shoes and is annoying cause it sticks out further than the lacing and looks stupid, nor is there any function to this strap as far as I can see, could not get past this and had to return shoes for different pair

Wound up returning, the shoe was a little narrow with not a lot of support, however it is a very light shoe. It just wasn't for me.

I really like the look of these and was excited that On came out with a wide even though in only limited models. The comfort/support lacks, feels like the heel is missing and I end up walking more on on the center to the ball of my foot. The wide isn’t a true wide but it works, I sized up from a 10.5 to an 11 to account for the narrower toe box.

I usually wear 8.5 and since I wanted them comfortable I ordered a 9. I had to switch to 7.5 which I never ever wore in my adult life and even this pair is a bit large. I have no idea what the issue is with this brand's sizing but Zappos was amazing in helping switch the 3 wrong size (9,8.5,8) to get one that fits me. So customer service Zappos gets 10stars out of 5, but brand overall 4 just for the ordeal with sizing and still not ideal fit.

About a half size too big

Fit was good. Comfortable and light. It with plenty of support.

Not sure it's 1/2 a size too big but was the next smallest amount I could select in drop down. They slightly slipped in the heal and made the outside of my right food a little numb. Therefore, they are more narrow. Love the style but not a prefect fit like I've had from ON in the past.

I’m overall impressed with the comfort and the brand. The more recent releases have not been very wide.

They run large. I normally where a 11.5 in brooks so that is what I ordered but had to return bc way to big. I got an 11 now and fits fine. So 11 = 11.5 in brooks.

Great shoes, but they didn't last long. The inside cushions tore apart not long after wearing them.

Great looking shoe, fit true to size and feel good in the arch. Not quite as much cushion as I expected or compared to my Adidas Boost, but overall a very good shoe.

Great shoe. Good for running.

Previously purchased On Cloud X as a recommended shoe for Orangetheory -- able to handle both running and floor component of the workout. Adding more miles to my training so decided to give these a try. Great for running, less comfortable for the floor part.
