Customer Reviews adidas Originals Kids Superstar Crib (Infant/Toddler)

I ordered the kids superstar shoe and was excited for my kids order. Only for the order to come without the correct elastic laces like the description says. No big deal they'll just send me the laces right...WRONG! I had to send the whole order back (real environmentally friendly Adidas). Ok, I send them back and reorder, only for the next pair to come without the correct laces too! After hours on the phone about LACES!! I give up. The picture clearly says they include two pairs of laces one being elastic. All I really want is what I ordered, but if Adidas can't even come through on a simple shoe order I'm done with them.

POOR QUALITY! NOT TRUE TO SIZE!! UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!

Delivery was not as promised. Our order was not processed for days. And when we received them the spelling of the name was incorrect even though name on confirmation of order was correct.

Annoying that I know have to now return them and buy from a store at a higher purchase price.

Way too big! I am a and their size 6 is way off and they won't let me return them either.

Comfortable whilst being the new 'in' trainer that all kids want

I've received the delivery today the trainers are so amazing the only issue is there are so many manufacturing defects !its seems the trainer was returned by someone ,glue fixed and sent to me!even the three stripes are not well applied you can see one huge bit of a stripe glued to the trainer outside just after the man in ones,there's a huge cut on the trainer that seems was fixed with amounts of glue,in overall I'm disappointed!i wear adidas and this was my first time ordering directly from the main website ,I regret it ! I may end up having to buy a new gift because I don't know how long this will take to exchange if they do exchange!!!!
