They were too big I sent them back for a smaller size and they having send my exchange back and it's been 3 weeks and still no email on the order?

Received stain shoe and without a box. Worst purchase ever

Very nice trainers but did not get what was supposed to be personalised

I ordered a pair of these online for my daughter and got some old shoes sore, practically tossing them in the trash.

Very comfortable and stylish. Simple but cute could pair with anything

Trainers arrived quickly, unfortunately the personalisation came off completely on one trainer in under a week and is also coming off the other trainer. Poor quality. I reported this to customer services and was disappointed with how this was handled.

Seems to be a trend with my recent adidas purchases, the quality is terrible.

My daughter wore these once and all the stitching at the front of the shoe came apart so have sent them back. This is the second pair of Superstar's she's had, the last pair were in poor condition quickly too but I gave them a second chance as she loves the design. The way the fronts are stitched is just just not a good design.

The sensor is still on the shoes so she can't even wear them

Bought for my son and even though the shoe fits the heel slips off way too much even with thick socks. Tried twice now over the last 1.5 years and same problem each time.

Poorly made. Two weeks of wear and the lower velcro strap has fallen off

The delivery took 10 days , and returned on 27/sep. seems still have no updates on the return process. Tried to contact customer service by email, no response.

Shoe itself is nice enough, but lettering application is very poor.

Colour not as picture, even after calling and then customer services agreeing then having to pay for another pair, still the wrong colour, actual colour is pink/peach

Ordered using the sizing guide and bought into the personalized options...shoes arrived and are like clown shoes on my son... he's devastated, they're meant to be a birthday gift. I'm NEVER ORDERING AGAIN.. CAN'T EXCHANGE OR RETURN. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID TOUGH LUCK.

No. Returns are impossible. Can't reach company for help initiating return whatsoever. Won't be buying again.

Outlet doesn't change the size it has to go online but your online system is so poor that even after the shoe is delivered 3 weeks before there is no such option to change the size.

Not comfortable at all. The outsole too stiff and the tongue of the shoe kept bunching up. Not recommend.

Be very care when your looking at the products, because I didn't realise it was a toddler size. Send back for a refund.

Small detail that they were children sizes was almost unreadable, I was very let down when the shoes arrived and were a child is 11 1/2, the return was easy enough

I put poor for quality because I got my son's initials put on them and it came off within 2 weeks of him wearing them, and he didn't even wear them everyday of those 2 weeks. The actual shoes are great, but I feel like I massively wasted my money on the personalisation. They were letter stickers really poorly stuck on.
