I have some maroon Monarchs from last year that fit me perfectly. Ordered same size in black for this year and they were too small. Love this shoe though-please go back to previous sizing.

The red shoes are great for the holiday season. These have a snug fit and were a little tight on first wearing but are substantial and fit well. They have good arch support and are comfortable.

Great to wear with many styles!

I love these shoes - BUT maybe one foot is bigger than the other (though I haven't had this problem with other shoes - maybe because I've had higher rises on them). I've had to put heel pieces in the shoe that feels too big. Otherwise, the shoe would slip - all the time. These are the most professional, and yet casual as my job requires - I really like them a lot. I've never worn shoes that are comfortable and professional both. I like the mid size heel, too.

I have wide feet and I've been searching for a comfortable pair of loafers. I bought these in a 9.5W and the width is perfect. These are easy to walk in and the insole is so comfortable. I love the simple, work appropriate style. They're a tiny bit long, but not so much that they slip off my foot when I walk. The back of the shoe rubs against my heel, but I have this problem with most flats, and I can solve both this and the length issue with heel pads, so it's not a dealbreaker.

Look good on my feet and are well made. I think they run a bit narrow. Wish I had sent mine back and ordered a wide before I wore them. they pinch my toes .

This is a well-built, beautiful shoe. I had ordered it in burgundy and was very disappointed that it didn't work out for me. Either I have a very narrow heel or this shoe has a design flaw as the shoe slipped off my heels as i walked and the right one was worse than the left. I couldn't correct the heel with cushion spacer in the back. I think this shoe is worth trying; it just may work for someone else.

When I first purchased this style of shoe at a local store, the salesman fitted me into a 71/2 size (without measuring my foot). When I got home and started wearing them I thought they were too big. Upon checking the box for size I noticed the incorrect size (71/2). I normally wear a 61/2/ and when ordering these , I thought that would make all the difference because that is my normal size. I am returning this particular pair and feel that I really should order/purchase a size 7 to be correct. However, I notice that you do not have an exchange program. Please credit my card upon receipt of the returned shoes.

I had to return the shoes because they were too loose on my feet. That is the size I always wear but these were too wide and just were not snug on my feet. I felt like I had to clench my toes/foot to keep them On! Beautiful shoes but just wouldn't work for me.
