Its a great comfortable unique hat - I have two. But you need a bit of color in the mix!!

Light and breathable

Great summer hat, bought because of the SPF50 protection from the sun and the innovative folding peak, easy to stick in a back pocket so as NOT TO LOSE it when I take it off! Got a Naval Blue one too!

It is not easy to find a hat with a reasonable bill for my listed activities. Also, having a hat that can be folded (or shoved) into a pocket is a big plus. Binocular and spotting scope use also work better with a shorter bill. Another plus is the size. I need a "large", and "extra-large" is too big. "One Size" hats usually use some adjustment strap that is a compromise. My wife saw this hat style in Maine, and by by good fortune the store had my size. On losing the hat back in DC, I thought reorder would be easier. Nopeit's mail only. My usual supplier seems to regard this style of hat as out of character for the outdoor demographic.

Bring back the blue caps

My original cap which I've had for years was stolen with some gear so I quickly replaced it with this. Still a great hat but it fits just a tiny tiny bit bigger, just enough to notice but not enough to require a different hat. Doesn't have the loop inside either, but I never used it anyway. All in all, it's a good product, washes out easily and dries quickly, never shows wear. Too bad about that tiny change in sizing.

I LOVE the Radar hat and the old visor version. I have three hats and two visors. I do NOT LOVE that OR removed the helpful hanging loop. It was a helpful feature that now is gone. Finally, the colors - I have the snazzy blue. I wish there were "fun colors." The visor, for instance, used to be available in neon yellow.

I have several of these and the fit has changed over the years. My original one has a bit of elastic in the back that keeps the fit nice and snug. Now there is no elastic and I purchased according to my hat size from the fitment guide and it is too small. I bought the M/L and should have bought the L/XL.

Love the look of this hat, but it runs small. I should have had 1 inch to spare on the small I ordered, but it was about 1 1/2 too small.

I use this when it's not too sunny. I was never a hat person then discovered how well the keep me warmer overall. I now have too many. But back to this hat. The bill folds so it's easy to put in a pocket or sleeve when you're indoors. It's really well built and should last a long time. However, the bill is short and while it keeps the sun from dropping behind my glasses, my other larger brimmed hats are used when its sunny. I do have a couple small nits to pick. I bought a pewter and a black version of this same hat at the same time. One fits properly and the other is too tight to use, so I'll try out the "Infinity Guarantee" later this week. The other oddity is that one has a nice loop inside, I think to hang the hat by, but the other does not. So... 2 of the same hats, the same size, bought at the same time are different. I understand there is manufacturing variation, so I'm not "salty" about it, but I will try to get the unusable hat replaced and see how that works out. I'd still recommend this hat because it is so handy to store when you're out running around (don't lose it) and sizing aside, it is very well built.

I like this hat for it's water protection, easy folding brim (fits nicely in jeans or coat pocket) and cool color (garnet). The small fits like an extra-small, so even on my pinhead is a bit tight. Thus the 4 rather than 5 stars.

Use this for hiking, works well. This hat folds up small, fits in pants(wadi rum) pocket or shirt pocket (ferrosi). Will probably pick up another.

Bough two XL caps and both were a good fit & then I ordered another XL on O. R. web site and it was way too small.

Nice cap. Good, lightweight fabric. The raspberry color is fabulous, and I don't mind the crease in the bill. LOVE the shape as opposed to a baseball cap. My only quibble is that it is not adjustable. It fits looser than I like. I'm afraid it'll blow off in the wind; maybe I'll put a couple of stitches in it. I do find that I'm still reaching for my old favorite cap that this one was meant to replace. If I travel--if we're ever allowed to travel again--I'll take this one along so that if I lose it, I'll still have my favorite at home.

Stylish, foldable, great color but the XL is tight on my big melon. The XL is not the same size as the Helios Sun Hat which fits great

Nice hat, sized a bit on the small side, great material, easy to store!

Like the hat styling and ability to collapse into a pocket, but the Medium is snug, and the Large is loose. I wish the sizing was a little more forgiving...or my head was more normally sized. :)

It is close to perfection.

Runs large. Very cute though and will make a small adjustment to the back so it fits tighter. Love the style and that I can keep it folded in my pocket for fast access on the trail.

Backcounrty skinning...perfect in the pack!

Hat is great! It is easy to pack away and pull out once you take your helmet off. The only con is the sizing can be inconsistent from hat to hat.

This highly portable and stylish cap is perfect when I don't need a full-size visor (that is most of the time). This is critical for me when doing photography.

Love the flexible cap, great for traveling or folding to put into pockets. Great colors and breathable. Only con is that the bill is short so some of the face is not protected from sun exposure.

Wanted a light weight hat with a brim for in-between weather for hiking: not too hot and sunny and not too cold and wet. This fits the bill quite nicely in those terms and it can be folded without damaging it. The only beef is that it's obviously much larger than a medium should be (based on the various other hats and bike helmets I've had over the years that are all mediums). I had to put a fair bit of 3/16" foam weatherstripping inside the headband to get it to fit well enough to stay on in the wind.
