Great running and hiking hat. This hat breathes better and any hat I've worn and looks decent too. I only wish OR would make a full brimmed hat based on this style...it would make a great hot weather hiking hat. Once the hat is adjusted to size it stays put without needing readjustment.

I wear this hat whenever it's sunny and it keeps my head nice and cool. I bought another one for my son.

I had the same running cap for 25 years (seriously) because 1) It held up, and 2) I couldn't find another that was lightweight for running and that fit. I would occasionally look for another cap, and just couldn't find one that worked. I came across the OR Swift Cap, and BINGO! The running cap I was looking for. Fits great. Lightweight. Stays on during running or other activities. Mesh top breathes, and the bill is big enough for sufficient sun protection. I finally tossed my old one (which had deteriorated into uselessness). I ended up buying 3 Swift Caps, each a different color. I'm set for the next 25 years at least :-)

The color is great, subtle but yet can still see my noggin from a ways off. The mesh allows for a cooling effect in the hot sun when you need it the most.

Wear everywhere.

Running hat

Replacing a previous OR hat that was getting dirty after a coupele of years I the field.

Perfect hat for trail running, paddling or ultra distance adventures. Fits great and adds shade and protection from the sun.

Greatest hat ever. Light, breathable, like the way it looks, fits perfects. This is the one, two other friends also bought it and it their favorite. Great job with this one, keep it available, please.

Fits my head very nicely, lightweight so you barely feel it while wearing.

My boyfriend loves OR hats. I recently bought him this one in white because his older one was getting worn out. He loves this hat!

Use it on nearly every run I go. Breathes better than any other hat I've owned. So far so good and when this things is so crusty from dried sweat it snaps in two I'll pick up another.

It works perfect for my speed hiking. It is a phenomenal value. I recommended as a must have for summer hiking adventures.

I've been pretty happy with my OR Swift Caps. I'm on my second because I left one with a paddling friend 2 provinces away after a day on the water. I wear it kayaking, canoeing, running, hiking and just wandering about. It gets sweat stains on it, as any cap worn while I'm sweating would, but it rinses out or washes easily, and dries quickly afterward. The brim holds it's shape well despite abuse in a kayak hatch or in a pack. It stays on well in a wind, and floats when it comes off during the rolling and rescue practice during the lessons I teach. I should pick a brighter colour next time to make it a lot easier to spot floating in the water.

I really do like this cap! I have lost it twice and bought multiples in case is lose it again. It's my go to for hiking, running and casual walking when the sun is out. It's easy to throw in a backpack when I don't need it. Don't set it on the train seat and walk away! The fabric on the sides lets the heat out so my head stays cool. I would definitely recommend this cap and buy several the colors are great too!
