Fantastic sun hat.

Just bought after discovering my trusted Tilley started to fall apart. Currently working with Tilley to get replacement. In the meantime I bought this to wear while fishing and kayaking over next two weeks at a fishing resort. I'll give it a workout, but think it will perform nicely. I like the wider brim than what I had with my broken down Tilley and the cost was less than 1/2 that of a new Tilley.

Bought this hat for golf. Liked it so much, I bought 3 more in different colors. I bought medium size hats. I wear 7 and thought they were too small. But...I dampend the sweatbands with cold water before playing and they fit perfectly. Large would have been way too big. I've received many compliments on them. They have inside mesh and front, side & rear vents which circulate air flow. The brims don't look floppy, but retain their crisp edge. Also rain-proof. You'll love these lightweight hats. I know I do!

This ended up my everyday work/hike hat. Adjustable headband makes for a snug fit, stiff brim edge allows reshaping. Fonts into pockets and packs easily. Has great breathable vents and some water resistance.

Most excellent hat! I use for golf, working in the sun and around the pool etc. Great investment!!! Very fashionable too.

I work outside and this had is great keeping my melon protected and cool. This is my second one. I also have the rain hat, excellent, and the fingerless sun gloves, also great (its tough keeping sun block on your hands). However, they are about the only OR items that will fit me as I am a solid size 16, short.

So glad I purchased this sun hat. I wore it on the beach in Jamaica, it was very windy and I was grateful to have a chin strap to keep the hat securely on my head. Other folks on the beach had to keep chasing their hats, but not me!

Very light on my head and breathable. Does hood heat like other hiking hats. Wide brim that blocks the sun well.

Everything I want in a sun hat for hiking and gardening. Slight improvement would be a tiny bigger band? I ordered the Large size, and it's just, barely big enough for my big noggin. Has adjustable band, so guess would have been better to get extra large, then snug it down when needed. Imagine if it's a super hot day, I'd like a bit looser fit? But otherwise, its perfect. Well made, goood vetilation and nice long chinstrap.

I bought this hat in particular to take with me to the beach. It rides very comfortably and the venting keeps the top of my head cool. The dark grey/black of the underside of the brim keeps the glare down. The brim is generous and not super floppy or stiff and kept the sun off my face and back of my neck. It worked great in all the areas I was looking for. I will enjoy this hat for years to come.

Great paddling hat, keeps my head cool and my neck out of the sun. I particularly like that the rear of the hat extends further over the neck area. OR makes fitting easy with their XL size to fit my big melon.

The Sombriolet Sun Hat is my favorite hat for working in the hot, sunny Florida weather. I usually wear a 7-3/8 hat size but when I bought a large it was a little loose. I prefer the medium hat size and its snug fit. The snug fit helps the hat stay on while I'm on my work boat and keeps from flying off. I wear my hat a lot for work and this thing holds up great. They last forever.

Sun protection doesn't come Better than this. For long days fly fishing, this is my first choice.

love the hat for hiking and working outside. retains shape. wish it was available in the blue.
