I really liked the classic look of these shoes. But the toungue is too long, stiff and sticks out too high so it rubs against the front of my ankle. It's very uncomfortable.

The black Stan's with leopard are super cute, but the tongue stuck way out and rubbed the front part of my leg raw. Now every time I wear them the muscle is bruised. Disappointed

Fit is super odd. Wide, a bit sloppy, and the tongue is so tall that it digs into the front of your ankle.

Too stiff and run big.. 8 is a 9.. I would make sure you size down the comfort is very stiff. Cannot wear.

I love Stan Smith shoes. I didn't like this one : The color was too yellow and the "leather" felt too stiff : not at all as nice as the pair I bought last year.

Very large. I can't imagine how a shoe size can be so massively incorrect.

Sizing was off on the wife. Waay to large. Couldn't exchange due to out of stock size. Very disappointed.

i kept them in the box for a long time - i finally wore them recently and the fit is entirely different than the old stan smiths i used to buy !! these are way too wide and stiff for my foot - i mean really wide and too big ! wore them once so can't exchange -oh well !

Stop with the synthetic give consumer quality leather.

So disappointed with these. Have bought 2 other pairs of Stan Smiths before but these ones have an extra long tongue (2cm longer) that very uncomfortably dig into the front of the leg and look silly sticking up and out. The right foot shoelace was also shorter than on the left foot. Had to return.

The show that is vegan smells extremely bad. Horrible and allergic. Leather is better.

Description said these shoes were leather, which they weren't. If they were properly described, I never would have purchased them.

I bought the Stan Smith women's size 5, which is 22.1cm. I measured the actual shoe and it measures 25cm, which according to your size chart is size 8.5. It would be for a significantly taller person. This is outrageous. I get running large, but we are talking over 3 sizes larger. This is deceitful. Basically, short or petite women can't wear your sneakers. I'm done with trying.

The shoes look super cheap. My partner also got a pair last year and after a month the sole started to detach from the shoe.

If you want real leather, read the description very carefully. I ordered a pair at Christmas thinking they were leather but turns out no; vegan or earth friendly or green...something like that. You would thing they would be cheaper than real leather but they are not. They crease like cheap fake shoes - hate them. Because I want them so badly, I just ordered another pair - different color that proclaims to be "premium leather upper", so we will see...will update when they arrive!

This shoe makes a loud squeaking noise when you walk. I am returning as I cannot imagine a place I could wear them with the noise the recycled material makes.

I loath these - they are not made of leather. I've been wearing Stan Smiths for decades and now my son is - but the only model available now is the Vegan version. These suck. How can a company take one of the few multi-generational iconic sneakers and ruin them. I hope this disaster ends and I hope the genius who came up with this is fired.

Very stiff, not comfortable at all. Synthetic material. If a hadn't bought them on official site, I would've thought they were fake.

They aren't made out of real leather which it states in the description. I thought I'd give them a try anyway since I've worn these shoes for so many years and the reviews from others was positive. I was very disappointed. The shoes make a squeaking sound when walking from the "green" material and there's a crease across the top of my foot from walking. I've had many pairs of theses shoes when they were real leather and never had this experience. They also run a half size big. I ordered the size I always get and had they had to be exchanged. I'm going to keep them because I've already worn them a couple times, but I'm definitely going to replace them as soon as I can. Very sad and disappointed that things are no longer made they way they used to be. Change isn't always for the better.

Not real leather upper. The material does not breathe. My feet sweat in these and they are not comfortable.

Used to be huge fan of stan smith and owned many of them over the years, this new version is very poor quality. No longer made from leather, feels flimsy and cheap to the touch. Squeak like no tomorrow and the tongue material quality is much thinner and uncomfortable now. Very disappointed with the drop in quality of such iconic shoe line

I have had many Stan smiths before, but this pair's quality wasn't up to the mark as before. I could definitely feel the difference

As some already mentioned - the tongue is too long and hard, which makes it very uncomfortable to walk in these shoes. They're getting returned. I really liked the overall look but they need to be comfortable.
