Beautiful shoes which accommodate my wide feet. I am returning though because the taupe color is more like an olive green and darker than shown. I am hoping that navy become available in 6 ww because I live these shoes.

Nice, classic shoe in a lovely color. But The toe box is too narrow for my foot.

Thses need breaking in. I almost sent them back when I first got them. They were cute and good quality but super tight. I figured once the leather got broken in they would fit nicely. I had them professionally stretched and the rim of the back heel still cut into my ankles. So I added back of keel pads and now I love them. I wear them to work a few times a week. A bit of work but now they are a staple

I really liked these shoes. Very classy and fit right away after putting them on. i love the point at the tip. I bought them for a wedding and there will be traditional dancing at this wedding. (swing, waltz, ect) So I wanted to make sure that I had shoes I could dance in. I eneded up going with another pair of flats that aren't as classy looking in my opinion, but still look nice, are comfortable, and easier to dance in.

I liked the style of these shoes but they really didn't feel like a wide shoe and seemed smaller than marked. Sadly they're going back.

I ordered the W width because I have wide feet; these shoes are wide all over, so they bag out on the sides when I walk. I returned them.

Cute but found a similar style I liked better. Decent sole. Relatively comfortable overall. Seemed like they'd break in nicely.

I own a few pairs of Trotters - these are thinner leather without the interior cushioning of than the ones I am used to and they are a bit tighter than the others as well - however, they will likely stretch over time. These are REALLY cute and stylish though and will look great with a more fancy pair of silk cocktail party pants. I'll be keeping them because of the style.

The Black 1 was exactly what I was looking for and it fit well except one of the shoes slightly pooched out when I walked. If it wasn't for the price of these shoes, I probably would have lived with it.

A bit tight in the heel - am sure they'll loosen up. A cute, different flat.

i Really like how these shoes look and feel. I had to return the first pair and order one-half size up but the second pair fit perfectly. I have worn them all day and they are still comfortable.

I ordered a wide width, but my toes were still pinched. The rest of the shoe gapped, so I am returning. They would be cute for work, if they would have fit better.

This flat is very cute and stylish. I have other trotters and they are comfy. Unfortunately, this pair needed for you to be broken in. But once it was broken in- it felt like a glove.

I am a size 8 and this shoe runs true to size. The first pair I received were defective, the leather was crumpled inside and I exchanged them for another pair. Zappos customer service is fantastic and I received the new pair two days later. The leather is very soft and the color, the navy shiny alligator print, was beautiful. I really wanted to like this shoe and I need an everyday flat to wear with jeans and pants, but the style was too frumpy for me and just didn't work on my foot. So I returned them.

The first pair that I bought were too wide...as many reviewers mentioned. I swapped that pair for a Narrow width, and they fit perfectly. Very nice and comfortable 'casual walking' shoe.

I really like the material - outside is sort of like a soft suede. Maybe pointy toed shoes just run differently, but these didn't fit.

I first purchased the black suede shoes in a 10N, but when I wore them inside for awhile, I found they were just too narrow for my foot and the back heel was extremely uncomfortable; it was very stiff and hurt the tops of my ankle in the back. So, I quickly returned them. However, I liked the style of the shoe so much that i tried the 10M in the shiny black material -- sort of an alligator look. They fit beautifully and the back of the heel was more pliable. However, they did run just a tough wide as there's a small gap when I walk. However, I can deal with that. Since there's little arch support, I will place a small gel support remedy in there, and that will also likely close the gap a bit. Overall, I love this shoe and will be great for the holidays with jeans and black leggings/slacks. I contacted Customer Service for this problem, and I was WOW'ed by their friendliness and support. Incredible! The only other store that does this much for you is Nordstroms.

Loved rich cognac color and the cut of the shoe. However, they gapped at the sides when I walked--seemed more noticeable with the right shoe, but both did to an extent. The front point did not seem overly compressed to me.

The show itself was ok, very pointed toe. Trotters packed them in too small of a box and the toes, heels and sides of the shoes rubbed against the box and wore off. I ordered the black soft lizard-patent style.

This shoe is more pointy than I had expected and that is why it isn't a 5 star review. The shoe has a nice cushion to it when you walk it in. The color is beautiful and I know with time the show will wear in nicely. Overall I felt it was a true to fit sizing and comfortable.

These are nice looking shoes. The sizing isn't perfect since my right heel slips a bit. I never know if any observations I make about shoes could be colored by my two fussy feet. Almost every malady possible has staked a claim. So when I find a WW width that doesn't look matronly, I am thrilled!

I ordered these in the wide width as another pair of Trotters that I ordered were a bit snug in the toe box (note I have bunions so I took them to the cobbler and they are fine now). Unfortunately this style in wide was just way to wide with no way to make them work. The color and style are lovely but overall quality wasn’t quite as good as another style I ordered from the same brand. Love the style and wish they worked, perhaps the regular width would with help from the cobbler.

I so love the style of this shoe. I have ordered it twice. The first time I ordered it in a Size 8. My toes hit the top of the shoe and it was uncomfortable. I like the style of the shoe so much that I ordered it in an 8 1/2. It was far too big. I bought insoles thinking that would take up some of the width but sadly, it was still too wide. I am returning this shoe with regret and wish that Trotters had made this shoe with a true Medium width.

Really tacky looking. This shoe is not soft taupe lizard it is micro suede with plastic overlay. Not my style. Also it is very pointed. Tapers rapidly and pinches my little toes.
