I have very difficult feet. I have wide feet + morton's toe (big toe is significantly smaller than pointer toe) and so my big toe bone & pinky toe bones kind of "stick up." So a typical black flat doesn't work with me; pinches in all the wrong places. I was hesitant to get these because they look... older, but they're pretty rad. I LOVE them - they're super comfy and I've (surprisingly to me) gotten compliments on them. I'll likely be purchasing more Harlowes in another color.

Excellent, versatile color (luggage). I had to size up a half size, which is something I never have to do. The shoes was too short at my normal size. They provide enough room in the toes even though the toe box is pointy. I often have trouble with pointed toe shoes due to minor bunions, but these caused no problem. They broke in easily during my first day wearing them to work without causing sore feet that night. Cute and stylish with pants or skirts—comfortable, polished flats. Highly recommend.

These were THE ONES, until I wore them around inside for an hour....then the back of my heel at the top of the shoe, screamed at me. I thought maybe a little time would take care of it. Nope...tried for a few days and then found out my 30 year old daughter was having the exact same issue. I am SO disappointed because EVERYTHING else about this cute shoe was awesome. Trotters, you nearly had it!!

These shoes are very comfortable, and I find it extremely difficult to find comfortable shoes due to large bunions.

I have finally found the holy grail of work shoes. Paired with my tiny capsule wardrobe, they have taken all guesswork and thought out of dressing myself every morning. It's beautiful. They go well with pants or skirts or office dresses. They're the perfect shoe for every boring outfit I wear to my boring law firm. They're practical, and the pointed toe and nice quality leather somehow make them less fumpy. I have worn these shoes to work everyday since January. It is now July and I'm buying a second pair. (There is still nothing wrong with the shoes structurally, I'm just not the easiest on the pointed toes and they were beginning to get pretty shabby when examined.) Pro tip: they definitely benefit from cheap foam insoles when I'm not wearing socks or hose. (No judgement please, it's Tennessee in the summer... even boring law offices and courts relax on the hose expectation when it gets too bad.) If you're looking for comfy, practical, professional shoes, these will probably work out for you. I sincerely hope they are never discontinued.

While the fit on these was great, the color I ordered wasn't accurately represented in the photos, and they're darker than I'd hoped for. I'm often between a 10 and 11 and have wide feet, so the 10.5 wide was perfect! They are nicely cushioned, very soft. The step is a little slippery on my hard wood floors, but that might change with some outdoor wear. There was a little pressure at the upper edge of the heal, and that might lead to a bit of rubbing. Overall, I'll probably exchange this for another color or style, and I'm glad to know how comfy the Totters are and that they have a size that fits me perfectly!

My feet seem to have been shrinking. I've gone from 6.5-7, to 6-6.5 and its hard to know through online purchase which will work for different styles. Since this is a "leaner" type shoe, the 6 was too small even though another type of shoe, I wore a 6. Thank God for Zappos easy and fast ordering and returning and re-ordering policies. The 6 was way to tight and small but the 6.5 is perfect. I do have a big toe joint issue on my left foot so it complicates matters even more but these work great! I may splurge and purchase another color. Thank you, Zappos for making the process of online ordering of shoes SO easy!

I wanted to love these... but they didn't live up to my expectations. They looked a little frumpy in person and they were not comfy enough to justify wanting to sacrifice style for comfort. My search for the perfect non-ballet flat continues.

I love these shoes so much that I ordered another pair to keep for when the first pair wears out! I have narrow feet and have a hard time finding flats that fit me well. These fit my narrow heel and foot perfectly. The leather is great quality and once you break them in within a day or two, they are perfect. I have three pairs now -- 2 in luggage and 1 in black!

I really like these!! They are super cute on and surprisingly REALLY comfortable. There is a nice bit of padding in the insole, much more than you often see in these kinds of shoes. The leather is really soft and comfortable, I only just got them but I'm betting you could wear them a long time with no blisters. I just ordered a second pair! Personally I feel they run a little large, I'm usually between a 10 and 11 so I ordered a 10.5 and they fit just a smidge too big. Not enough to send them back, though. Highly recommended, if you're like me and can't wear heels, these are a great option for work. They look very sophisticated and high quality, so I'm very happy with the value for the price.

I love these shoes. I bought them in both Monet and Luggage colors. The luggage pair is a bit too plain for my tastes but the color is really nice. The monet pair is terrific with jeans or dressed up for work and I love the unique coloring design on each shoe. When I order running shoes I have to order EE as my feet are so wide, but the D for these is very comfortable. These are stylish and comfortable enough to wear the whole day. I'm going to keep an eye out for if they come out in more prints.

They are in my closet after wearing them many, many times, but here's the deal: they looked ratty after just a few wearings. The black comes off. Seriously? These are expensive shoes -- and not my first pair of Trotters with which I had the same experience -- the black comes off. So, if you don't mind paying a ton of money for go-anywhere shoes that are extremely comfy but going to look bad within a few wearings, these are a good choice.

It was fine for style, but it didn't match my feet. I am going to rebuy 1/2 size larger and wider.

The shoes wore out pretty quickly. The leather was cheap, the leather at the toe box began peeling after the first wear and the sole quickly began separating from the upper.

THESE ARE THE WORST SHOES EVER!! I WORE THEM ONCE, WITH BANDAIDS, AND THE HEEL WORE OUT AND SO DID THE TOE. DO NOT PURCHASE TROTTERS, THEY ARE NOT A "COMFORT" SHOE

I was looking for a nice, informal, comfortable shoe to wear at work on a regular basis. It's a great shoe - very comfortable, with soft leather. It's also a simple design that looks nice with basically anything I wear to work. I also accidentally kept them on for my commute home in the rain one night (I'm in NYC), and they didn't get ruined (not saying you should wear them in the rain, though!). I might recommend peds to make sure the inside doesn't eventually get mangled from sweaty feet, but that hasn't happened to me without peds so far. Enjoy!

They are really comfortable. I have narrow heels so the narrow is great for me! I bought them to go with the outfit I got for a wedding.

The best flats I've ever had. I have a WW foot. These were so roomy, I may actually order just a W next time. Very comfy and super cute.

I am generally not a fan of flats (I think they make me look fat--especially ones with rounded toes). But Trotters might have converted me. I need something flat for cobblestones in Europe and I ordered these, Stuart Weitzmans and Donald Pliners. These won hands down. Comfy right out of the box. Can't wait to order more in different colors.The Harlowe is a cool black/white weave that will look good with lots of colors.

Great black flat! Ordered this in a 6.5 narrow. Fits perfectly and stays on well, and looks stylish too. It rubbed the heel a bit during the first couple of wears, but has been fine since then.

My feet are moderately wide at the toes; I ordered my normal size 8 medium, but had to return them for a 7 1/2 wide. I’ve only worn the shoe once, I believe they will take some breaking in.The shoe is a good looking shoe to wear with pants. I have flat feet and the shoe offers no arch support.

As I stated in the last review. They are great if not for standing on my feet for 8 hours, then they feel like they are on fire. I really like them, just not for work.

I have a hard to fit foot ... when I first put these on, they were comfortable, but as the day wore on I got blisters. It is a beautiful shoe and I wish they would have fit me better.

Fit was great. Look was great. HOWEVER, they squeaked like old wood floors when I walked, so back they went. Very disappointed as they were perfect style and color.

I ordered a wide and the shoe is extremely narrow. Narrower than a normal width. I will have to return it.
