This is the first time I have any complaints about ugg boots. I am an 8.5 and am used to sizing down with no issue. This pair seems smaller and harder to get into. Also, I don't know why, maybe because the fit is smaller, the tags were itchy, so I had to tear them out. I often wear shorter socks so it was something I noticed. I've never had an issue with itchy tags before, despite sizing down and wearing short socks. They're cute, they'll break in, but if you a half size and you are on the fence on sizing, my advice would be size up.

These shoes are adorable and very warm, but they’re a bit itchy. I’m hoping it goes away as my feet adjust because everything else about them is perfect.

I had to return these cute boots because I couldn't get my foot in them. Very narrow opening.

I have many pairs of Uggs, all from Zappos. Either i got the wrong color (the box is gone) or this color shown on the computer is way off. It should be a brown color and it looks very light beige, not brown at all. I still love them but i wanted a brown Ugg. :( A bit disappointing.
