After trying so many different brands, wife told me about Merrill shoes. OMG they are so comfy! A little, just slightly larger than my normal size of 12 4E but it's a good thing. With diabetes my feet tend to swell up from time to time. When they arrived I rushed to put them on. Foot pain I had with my Nike Airs was gone. I've had these on all day, no pain. An they look like they should last awhile. It's like a soggy dream come true! Gonna order me another pair cause with my luck, they'll either sell out or stop making them. Never been so happy about a pair of shoes.lol Also Jessica in the customer service online chat was very helpful.

First time Merrell customer and am extremely happy. They are comfortable out of the box and have been great thus far in my outdoor adventures. Great traction, weight, and maneuverability.

I'm only an occasional hiker (more of a plodder, really), but for my treks to Civil War battlefields I was looking for shoes lighter than my waterproof pair (from another company). The Moab 2 Ventilator is perfect. Comfortable from the get-go and my feet felt great. I've only worn them twice, but I have no doubt there'll be many more years and miles of comfort.

Merrell is and has been the only brand of shoe I wear , Ok I do have a pair of Bates boots , and it has been this way for over 12 years now , every day . I have ordered them on line as well as i can't find my size in the stores

I have owned several pairs of these shoes. They are always great right out of the box. I walk a lot at work. These shoes offer support that other bands don't

Just loving these shoes. Fit is perfect and the comfort is fantastic. Great support so my legs feel great at the end of the day.

These shoes are the only ones feel good all day long. Other shoes did not feel as good and I couldn't wait to get them off at the end of the day. These are good for a few more hours and I'm talking 5am till 8 pm. Merrill makes a great product.

This shoe offers support, and comfort. This is my third pair. I use them all week as I work outdoors. I also use them when we take our dogs for a hike. I need a wide toe box, and a narrow heel, and these fit perfectly.

These are a new pair for me. They fit perfectly. Tougher to do when you have a EEE width. Frankly it's the only brand I wear now for over two de decades.

Durable shoe, that is comfortable for all day wear. This is my go to shoe for work. This is my third pair, and I will continue to purchase. Shoe has good stability and traction for uneven terrain.

I need all black shoes for work, these are mens but fit a womans foot nicely

Great shoes and excellent fit for any terrain. Can wear them loose for comfort like when driving, but just tug on the laces to sinch them tighter for the trail.

I bought them for my honey. He was pleased with the style and design. But ultimately he is happy with how comfortable they are. He is out and about on all terrains and his feet can take a beating. But he says these shoes to the job at keeping his feet comfortable.

A shoe I have purchased many times over the years. I just returned my usual size 11 medium for a size 10.5, and hope it works

Love these shoes and I will continue to replace with the same as long as they continue to make/sell. Comfortable and perfect for everyday use and hiking.

These are the 2nd pair of Moab 2 shoes. I wear them everyday without pain

I bought my first pair back in 2013 and they lasted for 7 years. I took these all over the US, from Yosemite to the Smokeys, the Catskills, the Adirondacks, the Rockies, the fjords of Norway, the Middle East, and the Andes in Peru and Chile. They held up beautifully and took everything I threw at them. They are very very comfortable, but they do not sacrifice this comfort for durability. These have a very tough sole, and the outside of the shoes will not tear due to abrasion against rocks or other rough surfaces. Plus, the heal has a solid rubber piece that protects the sole when you are scrambling and getting into rocky conditions that cause your foot to get lodged in between boulders. I finally retired my old ones and I would highly recommend purchasing these again. You will not be disappointed.

I became a Merrell advocate when their everyday work use (office) helped me to get over a nagging flair up of plantar fasciitis. However that is not the point of this review. On August 10, 2020 while entering my office a distracted parking lot driver stuck me in a Ford F-250. After being struck in the middle left thigh I was propelled forward and to the right. Landing on my right side with the inseam of my right foot facing upward, the front wheel of the truck then ran across my foot. Imagine a truck running over your foot lying on its side with the inseam up!! Fast forward to the ER radiology unit 3 hours later - the attending physician says " you have to be the luckiest man alive " !! I have one broken bone in the outside edge of my right foot. The is no doubt that the Merrell Legal department will not endorse the MOAB 2 being sold as safety PPE, and that I am not implying. What I can say with absolute certainty is that the rigid side to side construction of the MOAB 2 saved my foot in the most unlikely way. Thank you Merrell !!

Very comfortable hiking shoe. Well made and rugged for moderately challenging terrain.

Comfortable fit for a wide foot that is hard to size.

Bought these for my novio because he wore down the first pair I bought him. I have the womens version and love them. They are true to size.
