We both have plantar fasciitis, and these shoes are perfect!

Perfect fit!! Now I can go anywhere with my MOAB 2 WP. I don't feel the rocks now!!!!

This is my third pair of Merrells. Each pair has provided much needed support, durability, and comfort. I won't even look at other shoes.

I work in the landscape construction industry. I have worn many work boots and work shoes over my career. Many didn't last or made my feet hurt by the end of the day. I switched to Merrell Moab 2 waterproof hiker to see how they would hold up. I must say, my feet are never sore and they last as long as any work boot I've owned. I like the waterproof version as it tends to shed the wet dew better in the morning. This is my third pair in 5 years and they are worn every day. I still have my first pair for the sloppy days. This is my first time with Merrell and now I am wondering how I didn't hear about this brand before. Since I bought the Moab2 shoe, I am using this shoe only. For everyday use. Office, shopping, for morning walk, evening walk.

No problems

Fit was perfect. Plenty of room in the toe box. I don't slide forward on down hill hikes. Virtually no break in. I hike in varied terrain almost daily up hill and down hill, shallow water crossings. Feet stay dry. If your feet sweat a lot these may not be comfortable on hot days.

Took these out of the box and put them on and haven't looked back. Merrell is the only shoes I will wear. Never a break in period with these.

Seeing this product for the first time, I took a chance on ordering on-line after reading all the good reviews. Happy to say I was not disappointed. We went camping for a full week this past week and I used them to hike over a couple State Parks. I also broke them in bartending 10 hours for a wedding and again, they took good care of my feet. Comfortable, good support and arch felt great. I have diabetic feed which are more sensitive and these boots (well, this model more like hiking sneakers) did well. I will definitely be purchasing more Merrell products in the future.

This is my second pair of Merrell Waterproof shoes! First pair were one of the best shoes I have owned. I own a carpet cleaning business and shoes are constantly being subjected to water. I have worn the tread down to about half after at least 4 years and yet integrity of uppers are like new. Soles do not mark clean carpets and the grip is critical once off carpet. New shoes are now called Moab 2 Waterproof and look similar as old pair. Have worn these new ones and they feel great.....just what I wanted!!

I have broad feet and these shoes are a superb fit for me even though they felt a bit longer than expected. I have had about four pairs of Merrell shoes before and these are the first waterproof ones I have tried. They are exceptionally comfortable and a great shoe for casual wear, as well as hiking in all kinds of conditions. I strongly recommend these shoe, and my only suggestion would be to provide a spare set of laces because I have always worm mine out before the shoes finally need to be replaced.

I've been wearing the Moab hikers for years. These new ones didn't disappoint ! Love the colour !!

Fits like a dream.

I love my Moabs! Bought my first pair of Merrells almost 20 years ago and they are the only shoes I have bought since. A typical pair lasts me at least a year. I have only worn holes in 2 pair of them and those I wore for at least 15 months. I wear them in all weather, Canadian winters in the snow, rain, and summer as well - I wear orthotics so I quite literally never go out without my Merrells on. As long as the company exists, I'll be wearing them.

Excellent hiker. Fits great and gives needed support when being active.

I won't buy any other shoes

This shoe exceeded my expectations for quality, comfort, and fit.

I have been buying Merrell shoes for many, many years now and have never been disappointed in anything that I have purchased. The construction of the shoes is of the highest quality and they perform well for their intended purposes. I purchase a lot of shoes for hiking and camping, ofttimes in some pretty rugged terrain. The shoes are very sturdy and hold up well to the rug conditions. Will certainly purchase more Merrill products in the future with confidence.

I bought this for my husband . It will be his 3 rd pair and even though the 2 nd pair is not worn out I will It this one away until he need it. Ever since he had found these Merrill shoes .he loves them and the feel good on his feet especially when he is on them for 8 hours in an emergency room.

Met all my needs and expectations. Traction gives me a sense of security on slick terrains. It's relatively light weight but solid -- a shoe I can step into first thing in the morning -- with or without socks -- and head out with my dog without having to worry if there's rain or heavy dew on the ground.
