This is my 3rd pair of Moab shoes. I love the combination of comfort and style. They have taken me on many journeys. I hiked the Grand Canyon South Kaibab and Bright Angel in them. I kayaked the James river in them. The laces usually wear out before the shoes. The mid level height hives me the ankel support I need, and they are adaptable to my orthopaedic inserts.

Nice stable boot at a reasonable price. I have had several pairs of this boot, both mid and regular shoe height. Like them all.

The shoes are a little heavier than I anticipated but the fit and comfort is great. This is my 5th or 6th pair of Merrell shoes and I love them.

Who'd a thunk it. Boots so much like Keen brand. AND,,,,Save money too. They are excellent hiking boots. And they look great too. But beware, it feels like they may be a 1/2 size too small. When I bought these I had just taken off my Keens to try these on. They felt great. I walked around the store for quite a while before making my decision to purchase them. I even wore them home. But the next day after wearing them for a couple of hours, my feet hurt a bit. I'm still wearing them and hoping they start feeling better. MOAB 2 mid. But as far as a review, I will still give them a 41/2 out of 5. I'm looking forward to a great pair of hikers.

Very comfortable and seems durable. I can walk all day in these over all types of terrain.

These boots are an excellent value in both price and comfort. They fit perfectly the first time you put them on and hold up for a long time, even though I wear them daily for my 4 mile hikes.

Bought mine 4 years ago for the trip of a lifetime on the Inca Quarry Trail in Peru and have used them ever since as my go-to shoe for hiking and casual walks at home. Only thing is that the toe box is a little too roomy and when laced up tight the top scrunches together a bit. Put in a second insole to compensate and it's better. Still very comfortable and supportive.

I got the birthday cake color. Love it as it is very unique. Moab is probably the best design and fit of any of the many merrell shoes I own. I have enjoyed them all.

I live in northern Minnesota I used my Moabs siding my my house in November into early December I was up and down a ladder 20 - 30 times a day the Moabs we're extremely comfortable and my feet stayed warm. I have been wearing them in the snow and cold this winter and they have performed admirably. The Vibram soles work great in the snow as well.

I own three pairs of Moab boots. I have used them in sub arctic environments, alpine areas, deserts, and swampy areas. My feet have never gotten wet unless I stepped into water that went over the tops of the boots. Warm and dry have been the rule of the day. With their Vibram soles, footing has been sure and steady. Anything will slip on ice (that's why we use ice for skating rinks), but on icy areas other than smooth ice, the soles grip the irregular surfaces quite well. Carrying heavy gear on these kinds of surfaces requires sure footing. My Moabs have yet to fail me. I've retired two pairs of Moabs after they each gave me years of reliable service. When it came that time, I did not even consider anything other than another pair (or more) of Moabs.

Practical and comfortable boot for everyday winter use.

Just show it was excellent walking myself I walked 5 miles every morning 10,000 steps and shoes are very comfortable I recommend them to anybody I know

Sturdy and well built to withstand the harshest elements of swamp hikes.

I been wearing them every in the winter. They do occasionally get affected by the snow. Not sure if it seeps in from the top or the sides. Flap lifted on the back sooner then expected. But aesthetically and general winter conditions can't go wrong

Durable and comfortable with excellent traction and foot protection

Great hiking boot, used for hunting season and have no complaints. I struggle with hiking shoes because I have bad plantar fasciitis but I Merrell did a great job with support and cushion in the sole. Highly recommend definitely will be buying some regular shoes for every day wear.

These waterproof wide width hiking shoes are comfortable and sturdy. They have held up well on grassy, dirt, and gravel trails.

First pair of hiking boots, love them strong and light.

The wide version is very comfortable to wear all day long!
